Glad that you didn't freeze to death. Its pretty funny that they locked you up temporarily your lucky they didn't shoot you up with more invega

I didnt freeze to death I basically stayed at a shawarma place till 1 am then found a building and stayed there till 4 am then went to Tim Hortons and stayed there till my appointment with the psychiatrist and thats where he formed me. Psychiatrists have so much power they can just form you if you retaliate against your family even without violence. Its fine this was a better alternative than freezing to death.

Whats crazy is the psychiatrist who saw me at the hospital was the same retard who misdiagnosed me with "Psychosis unspecified" even though weed was the reason i went psychotic. Anyway he saw me asked me whats going on. Didnt even ask how im feeling or anything and went straight into asking me about medication and when is the last time i took an antipsychotic. He also asked if im hearing voices then let me go home 10 minutes later. He just said i need to calm down with family which I agree but atleast he didnt switch my Form 1 into a Form 3 which is a 2 week stay with a guranteed injection before release.

No doubt. Even the social worker said it was commendable I came in by myself . The psychiatrist was an asshole though. I asked him for parnate and adhd medication and he said my obsession with parnate over other antidepressants is a form of a "delusion" and he will form me for up to 72 hours. I was out in less than 24.

I don't think it's a delusion but I think it won't solve your problems. I think your desperate which i can understand fully. This anhedonia shit is cooked.

A shrink is not going to give you parnate out of the blue for something its not even approved to treat. Have you seen this shrink before? If not no wonder they didnt give it to you. Parnate has alot of interactions with food and drugs and this is going to require a long talk with your shrink before you get prescribed parnate. Also there are safer options if you want a maoi that you should try namely selegiline. It has far less food and drug interactions and is just generally less likely to fuck you up. a

What adhd meds did you ask them for? Did you straight out ask them for amphetamines or ritalin?
 
Invega strip's the life from a person and leaves them with something different. I still don't feel any better from the anhedonia. It's the same every fucking day. I still can't believe this happened to me. It feels like a cruel fucking joke.

They aent for everyone. Some people just dont react well to psychs. I do ive taken shrooms many times a ad have always had awesome trips. Granted the first one i had was abt overwhelming as i took 50 fucking liberty caps the first time not knowing what dose to take. I was told that was a starter dose lol. But ya i was totally not expecting what i got the first time i tried them.

But ya some people just dont get along with psychs. I do i even liked salvia which is rare to find anyone who liked that stuff. Fuck that shit was intense lol

Where you also in the psych ward? Being in there and having to live i that environment fucked me up. I may have recovered more then 100% but being in there that long changed me. Im not sure if for the better or not.
 
Does anyone else struggle wanting to leave the house or is that just me? My motivation to do anything has never been lower.

The psych ward was shit but it didn't fuck me up.

I was with this shrink for 6 months . I asked him for parnate multiple times and he gave me venlafaxine , vortioxetine instead . Doesn't look like he will give it to me any time soon but he did refer me to other psychiatrists that i found on the maoi subreddit.

As for adhd meds, I was a little too honest with him and I made a mistake. I didnt sleep for over 24 hours and I told him that I tried concerta and vyvanse before by stealing it from my sister and they both worked perfectly for me. He told me before that he will not give me a stimulant obviously cuz it can cause psychosis and now with this new information he will never. He will also tell my sister to not give me the medication too which is fucked.

You were never going to get stimulants anyways. Never mind that you stole them.

I also live in Canada and also cannot get amphetamines from my shrink. This is because i have had psychosis in the past. I get where hes coming from though i doubt
drugs will ever make me psychotic. I have had other drugs that affect dopamine since having psychosis mainly coke and was fine. Well i did have a seizure but hey no psychosis lol. I was actually treated good at the hospital for my coke seizure. But im not going to dwell on not getting amphs.
