I have already told of my experience with "semen retention" which is 100 percent accurate.
There is no (super) special thing with retaining semen, not having sex, or not masturbating.
The choice is yours whether you want to accept the truth or continue to believe a lie.
Semen retention is a game and it leads nowhere, but one denying themselves or their sexual organs for no reason.

Using both of those drugs could be stopping your receptors from upregulating. Feel free to use them later, but they do cause down regulation of serotonin receptors, which is part of the reason why they help depression. They're not neurotoxic though, especially psilocybin. Amanita muscaria mushrooms ARE mildly neurotoxic though and should be used sparingly.

My pelvic floor therapist is really cool, really knowledgeable. She knows SSRIs can mess with the pelvis floor. She cured someone's PGAD they got from an SSRI. I'm in good hands.

I did biofeedback kegel exercises today. I officially have a diagnosis of hypertonic pelvic floor. I probably had it all my life, I got it from ballet and stress. Prozac fucked up a different muscle group though, whatever muscles are related to my clitoris.
