That's... shitty and nonconsensual. That could have seriously harmed you. I'm glad you're seeing improvements. It can take a while for it to get out of your system, about 15 days.

Some people don't see improvement until 6 months.

Try valerian root. It's a natural sleep aid. Check for medication interactions though if you're taking anything, it might interact with stuff as any herbal medicine can.

The akathisia will stop. I had a taste of it, I know it's hard.
 
Doctors keep telling me talk therapy will help. Thy really don't understand the depths of hell this medication is.
 
got super high last night and fell asleep watching a movie. also noticed i haven't gained any weight while on the injection. today marks 3 months since i got my first and only shot of invega. (234.) hoping these are signs of a good recovery. ❤️

Yeah I think those are all good signs. I’m a little upset right now because I saw some photos of my thinner, pre-Invega self. I had no idea how good my life was compared to now! I think I’m starting to lose weight, though.

If you were misdiagnosed, cannabis and psilocybin mushrooms too, but I don't recommend it to people who have a history of true spontaneous psychosis. There are some people with schizophrenia who can take psychedelics and weed but there are a lot who can't and I'm not sure if you should take the chance to find out.

my ChatGPT seems to think that buspirone could help along with microdosing to restore dopamine sensitivity. I may go back on it for this reason.

I was on busiprone for a little bit then I was worried it would make my PSSD worse (I continued to take lion's mane tho LOL LMAO) and I wish I stayed on it. I was feeling really good. It should've been the drug I took to stabilize myself but I didn't know it existed.
