I've taken a few different substances over the years, but nothing felt as great as high dose thc. 500mg to wake up to, then another 500mg top-up at around 3pm was an everyday routine for a while. Did have a few bad experiences though haha. High dose thc just felt to surefooted compared to other stuff, it's like anxiety would just melt away into this calm neutral state of pure bliss. I would get closed eye visuals sometime, which would freak me out tho. The best part about them is the reproducability. The next day, you're fine and able to re-dose, thinking back, a couple hours after the effects wear off, your fine to redose for the exact same effects, you can also function 100% normally at the time. People who knew would comment that a look "messed up", but I think this is just because they knew, I never canceled anything or worried about doing anything, in my eyes I would still be 100% functional. That super bliss for a small trade off in side effect made them the perfect everyday thing, unless it went bad the 1% of time, then your not doing anything for 8hrs haha.

I did go nuts tho so haha

At least I can't drink alcohol anymore without feeling sick, never really liked the stuff anyway, would just drink socially to get outside and see friends who were almost always drinking on weekends

How many invega shots u had and why?

I'd like to be vegetarian but my body doesn't absorb nutrients from plants very well due to my medical condition, and there's a lot of plants I can't eat. That's the main reason why I don't do it.

how long has it been since your last injection? i remember trying to get high a month after one and i had extreme anxiety. i think i might smoke and see if that happens again.

It’s been a long time since my last one. I think it was June 2023. I got high when I first started invega, like crazy TOO high and a lot of anxiety like you said, but soon I stopped feeling it entirely

In October 2023 the high came back briefly and in September 2024 I felt high a few times again after going on vraylar, but it’s gone away again.

i don't know how you guys do it. surviving for months, a year. it's hell. i might just be the weakest person here mentally. i had one loading dose, (only a 234.) so i'm hoping i'll be okay someday.

I had 3 months worth of invega injections and a year and a half of abilify injections. Im fine now and back to normal

That is strange. I was off all meds for awhile but recently sectioned and hospitalized in September 2024. When I got out of the hospital I was on Risperidone and Vraylar, and I could get high. But after a week or so I lost the ability again and it hasn’t come back since 😭 I’m not on risperidone anymore thankfully but I’m still on the vraylar.

It’s just weird because I couldn’t feel it at all before being in the hospital, but then for some reason being hospitalized made me feel it again briefly. I wonder if it’s because I was given Seroquel a few times in the hospital. I read that it could have temporarily helped with feeling cannabis again.

You still on vralyar and wonder why you cant get high... Please inform yurself before you spread toxic message to people that you didnt recovered while still being on antipsychotics
