Hey guys I was wondering, will I ever feel that gym high again? Will my dopamine and serotonin ever go back to normal ? I would assume so If people have recovered right ? Any responses would be great thanks

I’m trying to feel that feeling again too. I’m not sure if it returns,
I mean it’s gotten better for me over this past month. I couldn’t even lift the first couple weeks now I’m doing full workouts again. I literally wanted to kill myself in the beginning because of how sluggish and shitty I felt mentally. I didn’t wanna do anything but sleep. I work 2 jobs and I workout 3-5 times a week lift and cardio plus sauna. I still feel good but not as good as I used too. I think maybe as time goes on I’ll start to feel that high again. Just gunna take a while. I have hope for everyone here.

I would assume if people recover their emotions, libido/sexdrive, energy and motivation that has a lot to do with their dopamine and serotonin. So there is hope. Just would like to hear from more people who have recovered and what they can say about it.

if you feel a little better already im sure you will recover

are there any other recovery stories of people recovering after an extended period of time? I also would like to hear about recovery stories specifically of being on a high dose

Yes it certainly does improve after a few months of consistent working out but I found being consistent and pushing more each day is what works for me. I think mornings help and I like to also run at night it’s like a big energy high afterwards that gives great energy. sometimes I can come back and still not feel great but it honestly is probably better than the alternative of not doing it. Point being , you’ll get stronger each time whether you “feel” it or not . I recommend running though to achieve this and I notice it more outdoor running than on the treadmill.

I want to add that I don’t feel that after workout high from lifting weights so I don’t know when that improves but I do notice it more by running , maybe because I’m doing a full body sort of workout and moving my blood more

Hey guys
Is a reason why my trygliceride is a little above average due antipsychotics, same as my white blood cells being little below average? Just want to know.

And it has worsened my OCD 1000x

How old R you? And do you train with weightlifting or mostly cardio? I am wanting to get fit myself, filling out applications to get back in the workforce… I feel very incompetent but my trust is in God

Well, triglycerides is caused from too much fat in the body of where it doesn’t need. White blood cells being low means your immune system is just lowered a bit. If you are still on the medication, it most likely will not get better unless tapering off. If you are already off it, then it will get back to a normal level in time, just try to monitor your intake to eliminate foods you don’t need that are high in sugar and fat and replace with protein vegetables and fruit and plenty of water and maybe do some exercise to also help out

Any of you have shoulder or back acne from Invega? This acne won’t go away!!!
i wanna say something, you not getting your regular period back yet is closely tied to your recovery and as soon as you get your normal menstrual cycle back with the same amount of periods as before DO NOT LOOK BACK!!! YOU WILL START TO RECOVER AFTER THAT!!! im sure of it! menstrual cycle coming back is one of the best signs of females recovering sadly there is no sign for males which sucks for me so i won't know when im about to recover, but PLEASE when your menstrual cycle comes back with the same amount of periods update us on it it will give us especially me lots of hope because im sure you will recover after that!

you can feel drugs so try psychedelics like LSD or magic mushrooms, it healed some people here and i think it can heal you to worth a try they are the safest least addictive drug and heal people from many thing like depression ptsd addiction mental illness etc you live in michigan they are legal and available in ann arbor its not a usual drug high its an extremely powerful spiritual experience i did LSD so i know same with shrooms and it has the ability to heal you from invega damage.
I've heard a lot about mushrooms. I just don't know how they're going to heal our dopamine receptors or the erectile issues. I would guess something that would be stem cell based that would match our DNA and RNA.

Starting lamictal tomorrow. It helped a few others in this forum to suddenly feel better so I will keep you all posted on my results. Praying for a miracle cuz I don’t have much waiting left in me at this point

trust me they will, they are extremely powerful healing tools god sent to us but humans don't wanna use them if every human tried it there would be WORLD PEACE!!! mark my fucking words invega sustenna wouldn't exist!!! using them takes you to the spiritual realm where you realize extremely eye opening things i did something similar to them ( LSD ) so i know but shrooms are natural so they are safer they destroy evil peoples' ego and make them good people they successfully CURE depression, ptsd, addiction, mental disorders, bipolar, and EVEN INVEGA DAMAGE! I don't know how to explain but they heal people! it's like super brain food to reset and regenerate the brain. I know a few people who were SIGNIFICANTLY healed from invega damage after months of no improvement by mushrooms and ive heard of even more people healing from LSD, LSD stimulates dopamine receptors so it may be more useful to heal but shrooms are natural and safer so please i suggest before you kill yourself try a moderate to high dose of mushrooms and/or LSD to see if it heals you it might be your miracle cure, i know someone on this forum won't name who who had 5 months of zero improvement and was very suicidal and extremely anhedonic he said he tried 2 tabs of LSD and healed SIGNIFICANTLY every day ever since, he said it was an extremely divine experience and once he was in the spiritual realm ego death caused his physical condition to not matter anymore and not only that, after his LSD trip he has been SIGNIFICANTLY healing and improving everyday ever since he went from totally anhedonic and suicidal to doing very good now with lots of improvement so this gives me hope i highly suggest you look into this it might be your miracle cure but make sure to have a good intention of wanting to heal from it and be in a good environment while you take it that is important and take mushrooms, LSD or both which ever you prefer LSD is a stronger psychedelic which acts more on dopamine and mushrooms is a natural safer psychedelic which acts more on serotonin

I don’t think you had it as severe as some of us in here though, it seems like from the start you didn’t have total anhedonia etc just partial or am I wrong?
I was bedridden for like 4 months. Sleeping for 16 hours a day. Pain all over my body. Unable to be hygienic. Dumb as hell. No thoughts and emotions.
