I agree with you on feeling lighter. I been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder bi polar type since 2015 (never touched drug all mentally illness ) so I have pretty much know my cycle when I am not medicate I was on and off different medication but I was under the impression that medication was to kill my mind so I would just stop taking it which lead to the find out so they medically overwrite me to take the injection invega may 2018 one of the worse medication ever .moving foward went through all what the shot did and made me feel like . Became what I thought was better the end of 2019 but this time I developed voice which I never had until I recovered from invega ..went two years unmedicated because I didn't want to go back to what invega done but it got pretty bad and I was having a baby so I went my pregnancy unmedicated and as soon as she was born I reached out for medication help and now I am doing so much better even before invega better .thank you for sharing your story . And just want to say it is crazy they gave you the injection because of depression and suicide attempt.
How long did it take you to recover your emotions? That is what I’m missing the most. From being such a deep soulful person to having that taken away is torturous.

The fact you only got two shots and you’re still not back to who you were is scary. Over two years ago too. I’m really sorry.
I’ve been having a blocked nose, restlessness pacing up and down, chest pain and a weird water feeling on throat, can’t sleep in day, barely can sleep at night, constantly pacing up and down, can’t breathe from nose without Sudafed . Ever since I took 4 shots of this at 100MG

Wondering what the choice is between tapering or going cold turkey on about 2.5 years of injections. My research dictates tapering is best. But how many injections is good for going cold turkey?

The pacing should stop eventually it took 3.5 months for me. It was horrific. I hope your OK.

The injections taper themselves but having said that I only ever had 2. Hard to believe you've been on this shit for 2.5 years!! What side effects have you had?

Thank you, the main concern after that is my blocked nose. I’m glad there’s hope the pacing will stop, but my blocked nose is something else

Can someone tell me if they experienced extreme nasal blockage from this

I took 100mg x3 and 150 mg and the first injection of 150mg gave me a nose block, chest pain and akathisia

I’m scared my nose block is permanent

I’ve probably got the worst side effects (other than death)

Nose block chronic for 24 hours a day can’t breathe from nose

Akathisia needing to pace about 24/7

Chest pain and throat that equates to a burning or water sensation on my chest and throat

Yeah that's a truly fucked combo. How many jabs did you get? It will wear off

So I get an extreme blocked nose from seroquel except only at the time I take it so nught time. I think like the akathisia your blocked nose will go away. But maybe not until the drug has run its course through your system.

Look up the half life of paliperidone its not fast it will take time.

Says 24-49 days. I feel like I’m almost dying when I’m not on sudafed which wears off after a hour or two , and can only use 3 times a day..

I can’t even breathe from my nose bro it’s so fucked up

I can’t take this much longer the congestion is so tight

But it feels permanent
Although it can’t be cause sudafed reliefs for a moment I just hope there was a cure for this

Thing is I’m not ok and I’m going my doctor at the psych says I can just go on to tablets cause I’ll go there refusing injection cause I’m the one who insisted for it in the first place I absolutely refuse another needle going through me injecting that poison… so I’ve got that to deal with and then these nasal conditions I can’t even breathe through it it feels like constant nose block for 5 on weeks

I’m not ok.

Can’t breathe from nose.

Akathisia

Chest pain liquid feeling on my throat coming back

Breathing from my nose is such a huge thing of my day today life

But it seems this drug has taken that all from me

I’ve got the same thing man, I feel awful. How did it go away?

How long you had it for …

And did you get injections?

Also I got it 4 times injections at 100mg

I can’t breathe from my nose, weird really

I’m worrying really it’s been 3 weeks since my Last shot ( and I’m making it my final god willing )

My nose Been blocked for five weeks I’m not sure how I’m going to start feeling well again

You wouldn’t believe I took out a tooth as well thinking that was the cause because it looked infected and smelt rotten I removed it but I shouldn’t have cause that was my molar and now I feel even worse

But this blocked nose I honestly feel like I’m going to die from it …
