And another thing. I don't only do those things to recover faster. I wan't to make it as easy as possible for my body to work with the circumstances and give it the tool to work with what I'm asking for. Peace!

when i was on risperidone i couldnt get drunk, it took me a good year until i can get drunk again. Right now on the abilify injection im in the same situation where i cant get drunk again, all i can really do is wait it out and eat healthy to try and quicken the healing. It sucks, but what can you do.

@Yeshuah: you can't smoke hemp and get high. it's made of male plants and stock of the female that contains no THC.

@Gdvffh: what can you do? or what can you do?! never give up is one thing. keep coming back here, searching for the antidote; we have lots of answers for that question. abilify doesn't affect everyone like invega/xeplion does but it does affect some people similar to the poison. it's one of 4 receptors each of the 4 worse psych med injections have in common. find that antidote for one and it might apply to the others.

to the room: the content of THC is CBD is so low it's not even funny, i mentioned it only to say you can't get it all out. CBD and THC are a counter balance in plants; when the content of one in a plant goes up, the other one goes down and vice versa but i digress. the minuscule amount of THC in CBD products is far less potent than the attempt at healing from what we experience in this thread. sure, someone could sit it out and wait to be fully healed. that is a viable option. but what are you doing when one does that? the negative thing, the exact opposite of what your trying to accomplish.

the attempt speeds up the healing process lil by lil. the effort recognizes within us unconsciously and reacts. it keeps us alive inside in more than one way, especially if you have a much harder trial on the poison. instead of training yourself to sit around and wait out everything that is hard in life, enforce within you the way you want to live by making the choice to heal.

if you need an example to make things clear, i'm right in front of you. an extreme negative exception. i tried not everything literally but trying everything i could think of and learned about. i even tried doing nothing, it wasn't me. i'm now dealing with atrophy. during this phase in my life if i were to have sat around and done nothing during my time with invega; the impact of that choice would be affecting my life, the atrophy and the outcome of what i experience now and who i will be later in life 10 fold. i would be much worse off now in a sense than when i was dealing with the poison. why? because invega was done to me regardless of choice of taking it or not, just like anyone else here. not making a choice to live ones life to the best of their ability during the trial has a direct effect on the outcome of quality of life and not being who a person is once they are healed. that is far worse in the long run then a year or two (8+ years in my case) of life wasted during this trial.

what you do now not only affects the healing process but what you do with your life once you are fully recovered.

holding onto what is most important to you helps you through this trial in general and especially during the darkest parts of it. letting the flame of that important thing die out because you smothered it instead of stoking it by trying to make your current situation different or better is your choice.

those tiny baby steps along the way, no matter how small, have some of the biggest impact in your life down the road. this one moment in your life, dealing with this trial, is not the end of life once it is over, it is just one more thing in the list of life that defines you. make the choice or have the choice made for you by not making one at all.

"the mystery of human lies not just staying alive, but in finding something to live for"

There is no difference in that in the german language. @invegauser when you smoked weed, like you said, did you have the same high you had before the bullshit?

@ Yeshuah

Do you really eat only fruit and vegetables right now.
Or do you also eat proteins and other things?
Can you briefly describe how you eat on an average day?

(What + how much of it?)

I am just interested.

ah, you learn something new everyday. thank you.

yes, 4 bowls and a joint in less than 8 hours... it was worth the wait

my tolerance for drugs is almost what it use to be, i was very concerned by this at it is a factor in considering how my metabolism, tolerance, immune system and other biological functions would be affected by the poison having a hold on me for so long.

seems the atrophy is coming along nicely in this regard, an exercise to help kick start the wake up from the stupor mind, heart, soul and body have been in for so long. the rest of you wont have to deal with this atrophy.

worrying is going to happen whether you want it to or not, what you do with yourself when you have conscious control over decisions is what will matter the most. progress, not perfection.

@germanbackyard I eat mostly fruits and veggies, yes. I try to eat mostly uncooked food, because they have the highest amount of nutrients. Everything that's heated up over 40 degrees has no vitamins or minerals in it anymore. But I do eat cooked food sometimes too, but only vegan. I take proteins from green plants like chlorella (it has a high amount, twice as much as stake) and many more plants like hempseed and nuts have a lot of protein. Being vegan and not having enough protein is the biggest misconception. You have to ask yourself where do the animals get their protein. They are feeded with mostly soy or grass. I also have wheatgrass in my wildplant powder, which also has a high amount of protein. And many more plants do have more protein than meat. The problem with meat is that it has zero fiber and stays in your digestive system for at least a week and goes bad in there and can cause yeast infection and heart disease or cancer. It also contains antibiotics which is very bad for the gut bacteria, antibiotics kill probiotics. All animal products contain antibiotics and hormones, it raises estrogen levels, which is a huge problem for people like us, who have already low testosteron levels. Maybe that's the reason I didn't grow bitch tits. Don't know. I drink filtered water to avoid further poisoning, I wash myself with organic products, brush my teeth with a toothpaste organic toothpaste without fluoride. I pretty much try to take in as little toxins as possible, so my body can focus on detoxing the invega. The wild plant powder I talked about is something I mix with water and drink it multiple times a day. I only eat one meal a day. Either whole fruits and veggies like in a salad or just like that. Or I eat like potatoes sometimes, rice, beans, veggie burgers (which I try to avoid as well, bc it's cooked) Sometimes I go through the day with only drinking the powder and water. It's a good way to give your body the chance to focus on detoxing, because it takes the body 70% of its energy to digest. I also just order some organic apple cider vinegar from the US and am gonna drink it with water throughout the day and put in my salads, it's supposed to help with digestion, as the gut needs natural acids for that and it also kills bad bacteria. I never drink soda or artifical products. That's pretty much what I do. If you're interested in the powder, I encourage you to take a look at the ingridients and what the do for the body. You won't find anything out there that has all of these ingridients with a wild plant quality, which means it has been grown in areas where there's no toxification and has been grown fully natural all by itself. He even takes some plants from aboriginies from australia which are very hard to get. And don't let the price fool you, this bag is huge and lasts me for almost 2 months and I use it multiple times a day. And you don't need any other supplement than this, because it has EVERYTHING in it. No joke. Just read the ingridients. When I think about how much I spent for supplements so far and now I have this, it is much much cheaper. And it's worth it. I start to notice physical improvements after 2 weeks of use and I'm pretty sure it's because of it. You just know it, because nothing has helped me so far. Edit: Here's the link, sorry http://markusrothkranz.com/online-store/wildforce/green-pro-c.html Edit 2: I also avoid sugar. The powder has helped my sugar cravings I had because of the invega, it's pretty uncommon for me to crave sugar, I never liked sugary food before. After a week of use, my sugar cravings were gone and I haven't touched sugar ever since. And if you think that's a coincidence, look at the testimonials, a lot of people say it has stopped their sugar cravings.

@invegauser Sounds great, I'm happy you could enjoy some joints. I miss that feeling. I ordered some RSO which is known to cure cancer. Look it up. It has the full spectrum cannabinoids in it, which work together and a high amount of THC. I'm so sorry you have this atrophy. Has it been caused by the parmacuticals? Please consider to take this powder I talked about as well. This will really help you with that! I'm being real, I care about you! Just take a look at the ingridients and decide for yourself. You really need the nutrients for your cells. You won't need anything else, just take it for a while. There's a story of a man who was in a wheelchair and he has only taken this powder and avoided any solid food and he was able to walk again after almost his whole life in a wheelchair. If he is able to walk again, I'm pretty sure you will have improvements with your condition as well!

Wow Yeshua, that product has a TON of good stuff in it. :) I'm considering getting some myself but I'm not trying to recover from anything in particular and it is rather pricey.

@Shadowmeister Riiight?? You're really not gonna find anything better in the whole world. It's good for everyone no matter how your situation is to boost your health to the next level. The testimonials are mind blowing. One of them cured his cancer and his woman at the same time cured her stroke. It is truly everything the body needs to work with and start doing its job properly. It may seem pricey, but this bag really is huge, it cover almost my upper body. It lasts a really long time and the ingridients are really expensive, he explains in a video that he almost makes no money out of it and sometime he even loses money because the ingridients are really expensive for him to get, but he wants to help people get the best possible.

There are people who also had their thoughts blocked, he could not thought at all, not even a thought!? Then all came back?

@Shadowmeister Yeah that's what I read as well at first, but when I got it, it was written that it's a one month supply. 15 day supply is for the hardcore bodybuilders bc they take two tablespoons a day. "Normal" people are supposed to take one tablespoon. I sometimes take even less. Like one teaspoon and the a few hours later another teaspoon and so on. Well, I think in the end I take approx. a tablespoon a day. lol but you can take less and still have effects, bc it is really powerful. Especially for people like you who don't have to struggle with messed up metabolizsm, nutrient absorbtion etc. @Neuroleptique EVERYONE in here had this problem. And yes, people who recover can think again and regain their intelligence again

@Neuroleptique Here is one example of a recovered person: Decisive: Yes, I'm fully recovered ! I feel exactly like my prior state: a lot of motivation, emotions, interests, I'm VERY TALKATIVE, VERY DEEP AND FAST THOUGHTS, and I'm never bored! It took me about 10 months (6 half lives) to recover everything, knowing that I had in total 400 mg injected. I let everyone know this big news at the page 10 of this second thread because I wanted to give you hope, I know what it feels to be stuck in a dark tunnel, but I swear that yes everything has an end and that there's a light at the end of this tunnel. If you want to discover my progress, I started posting and sharing updates in this previous thread since the page 25. Take care

@Neuroleptique33 YES, like I said, EVERYONE has stuggle with thinking. I also have problems with thinking and processing information. You will recover your thoughts

@Empty1128 I know what you mean with the thinking, I had that too. It was flowing naturally and I used to analyse everything. It used to be my favorite activity. But I'm pretty sure it will come back to that state again. It has to. Let's ask @invegauser Will it be like Empty discribed?
