@germanbackyard I eat mostly fruits and veggies, yes. I try to eat mostly uncooked food, because they have the highest amount of nutrients. Everything that's heated up over 40 degrees has no vitamins or minerals in it anymore. But I do eat cooked food sometimes too, but only vegan. I take proteins from green plants like chlorella (it has a high amount, twice as much as stake) and many more plants like hempseed and nuts have a lot of protein. Being vegan and not having enough protein is the biggest misconception. You have to ask yourself where do the animals get their protein. They are feeded with mostly soy or grass. I also have wheatgrass in my wildplant powder, which also has a high amount of protein. And many more plants do have more protein than meat. The problem with meat is that it has zero fiber and stays in your digestive system for at least a week and goes bad in there and can cause yeast infection and heart disease or cancer. It also contains antibiotics which is very bad for the gut bacteria, antibiotics kill probiotics. All animal products contain antibiotics and hormones, it raises estrogen levels, which is a huge problem for people like us, who have already low testosteron levels. Maybe that's the reason I didn't grow bitch tits. Don't know. I drink filtered water to avoid further poisoning, I wash myself with organic products, brush my teeth with a toothpaste organic toothpaste without fluoride. I pretty much try to take in as little toxins as possible, so my body can focus on detoxing the invega. The wild plant powder I talked about is something I mix with water and drink it multiple times a day. I only eat one meal a day. Either whole fruits and veggies like in a salad or just like that. Or I eat like potatoes sometimes, rice, beans, veggie burgers (which I try to avoid as well, bc it's cooked) Sometimes I go through the day with only drinking the powder and water. It's a good way to give your body the chance to focus on detoxing, because it takes the body 70% of its energy to digest. I also just order some organic apple cider vinegar from the US and am gonna drink it with water throughout the day and put in my salads, it's supposed to help with digestion, as the gut needs natural acids for that and it also kills bad bacteria. I never drink soda or artifical products. That's pretty much what I do. If you're interested in the powder, I encourage you to take a look at the ingridients and what the do for the body. You won't find anything out there that has all of these ingridients with a wild plant quality, which means it has been grown in areas where there's no toxification and has been grown fully natural all by itself. He even takes some plants from aboriginies from australia which are very hard to get. And don't let the price fool you, this bag is huge and lasts me for almost 2 months and I use it multiple times a day. And you don't need any other supplement than this, because it has EVERYTHING in it. No joke. Just read the ingridients. When I think about how much I spent for supplements so far and now I have this, it is much much cheaper. And it's worth it. I start to notice physical improvements after 2 weeks of use and I'm pretty sure it's because of it. You just know it, because nothing has helped me so far. Edit: Here's the link, sorry
http://markusrothkranz.com/online-store/wildforce/green-pro-c.html Edit 2: I also avoid sugar. The powder has helped my sugar cravings I had because of the invega, it's pretty uncommon for me to crave sugar, I never liked sugary food before. After a week of use, my sugar cravings were gone and I haven't touched sugar ever since. And if you think that's a coincidence, look at the testimonials, a lot of people say it has stopped their sugar cravings.
