Yeh I have to agree with Koz26. In certain situation for sure, you know you are being lied to, other times you feel you are being lied to because it feeds your narrative and reenforces what you want to believe about a particular situation because you want to feel like you have some closure. But the point that's essential here is to not lose hope and like Koz26 said, become cynical. Don't give up and let this poison bring you down by killing your hormones and lead to disastrous consequences. Go see a psychiatrist, shop around until you get one that feels like a friend, like someone you can open to, and most importantly, from a bottom line perspective, will hook you up with the damn meds that can counteract this kinda stuff and get you more active so you can pump this shit out faster or at least produce some dopamine to make you feel better! Concerta and Welbutrin are great choices to discuss with you doctor Concerta worked for me Welbutrin didn't in my case but everyones different, And definitely try a mood stabilizer so you don't get to revved up or unable to sleep from the Concerta or Welbutrin, or heck just so you don't think about this shit too much. Try depakote or Lamictal both have very low if any sexual side effect profiles and aren't super hard to taper if you feel uncomfortable. seroquel worked for me too and i took it at 300 mg for almost 2 years and i don't recall anything like invega sexual side effects, and if there were any side effects they literally went away after like 2 weeks of taper, the only thing is it's a little harder to taper and it gives you a monstrous appetite.
I just want every one to get better so we can all go out again for a night on the town with our buddies and go dancing with girls into the late hours of the morning that was the best, there was nothing more fun than that for sure, but hey think of it this way, if any of you guys had really active life chasing girls previously, now you won't be distracted, because at the end of the day money's pretty crucial like for surviving and living a comfortable life. it doesn't make you happy but being without it sure as hell will. Girls are nice but at the end of the day you gotta take care of yourself and (I hope everyone has someone out there they can call family an aunt an uncle a cousin) just try and be with your family, thats what gotten me thru these first HORRIBLE 3 and a half months, but hey its getting much better, it really just the sexual side effects and the working out, but the working out has gotten a little bit better for sure. I certainly don't have that muscle weakness any more where I can't push myself past 1 set and die after 8-10 minutes. I kick box I swim in the ocean with my boogie board, I play tennis with a buddy of mine, I do yoga, I lift weights I do cardio classes I stretch every night b4 i go to bed and when I wake up I eat fruits and veggies High fiber high potassium and WATER!!! cashews almonds nuts onions Garlic ginger beet carrots sauerkraut is really good for you spinach kale brusell sprouts pineapple watermelon I could go all day but I just wanted to list some things that i know for a FACT will improve and speed up your recovery process.
