Do any of y’all have any experience with Tribulus Terrestris? I’m thinking about taking it whenever I come off of the Lithium to see if it helps with my libido

Hey guys, if you’re new here and currently struggling with invega it can be easy too lose hope but recovery is very possible and there’s lots of recovery stories in these threads which are very spaced out and I understand with the side effects especially early on it can be hard to read and focus so I’ll list some accounts of people who have recovered significantly and got their lives back and have hopeful stories just click on any of these and you can check out their posts easily, Here are survivors who have recovered fully or significantly, @Steph78, @Bigsmoke420, @Hopefuldopeful, @Kaatrina, @Decisive, @Jonnyhalo, @paranoid android, @Thanks buddy, and @InvegaIsdeath. There’s plenty more I just can’t name them off the top of my head, Best of luck too all of you 🙏.
@Blakefree too

What do you mean by the uptake is slower?
The rate that the medication is absorbed in the system is slower. It takes longer to feel the full effect. In turn, it takes longer to leave the system.

Took mines away I feel retarded most times now was pretty sharp before it
I feel the same way. I’ve lost all my wittiness, especially when I’m in a conversation.

how have you guys been feeling lately?
The same. Not good, just Ok. I started feeling drastically better after 7 months. After that, I have not healed for almost 2 months.

I wish we could email the people that disappeared from this thread over the years. I would love to know how they’re doing. I have been reading about their struggles and accomplishments for days now. I truly hope that they are thriving and enjoying life after Invega.

I am! Everything is back to normal and actually even better, invega refined me into a better person who appreciates life even more. It’s so precious, and never give up. You WILL recover, it takes time and faith.

Thank you for your update. How long did it take you to heal?

I think there was in the past a product that had DMMA in it, I think it was. And that was taken off the market. Probably very safe, but to be sure maybe go through the ingredients. Proly just a lot of caffeine in there if anything.
I heard DMMA can cause pyschosis and stuff, what about N-phenethyl dimethylamin? It's a similar ingridient to DMMA but I found no study that causes pyschosis. n-phenethyl dimethylamine Is believed to boost dopamine and give theraputic effects, will this boost affect me idk what to do :c

I am not psyc, but tbh with you all psycosis is something that has nothing to do with dopamine, you need to deal with your own inner fears in order to manage those psycotic thoughts that lead to psycosis, nothing else.

I would say psycosis is related to having past traumas that make you think the shitty world in which we all live is not as it seems, but reality is that this world is real as fuck, you just need to get one injection to see how fucked up this world is

Another thing is that taking some sustances such as SSRI’s or cannabidol can inhibate the CYP2d6 and CYP3a4 function of eliminating the drug from plasma which can make elimination of the drug half life much longer. Just take it easy and let this awful shit go by its own time.

I'm not sure that I follow your theory, but my understanding is that there is a very clear link between dopamine and psychosis. It's been shown scientifically many times, using many different methods. However I definitely agree with you that past trauma has a part to play in if/how psychosis manifests in individuals.

I got my period. Is that sign of recovery? And how?
I would say that is definitely a sign of continued recovery <3
