My doctor puts me on lamictal and he will off me from solian in may fortunately ...is there anybody who used or still using lamictal?is it any good?
I'm new to this forum.. I've read through all comments and threads.
I got four injections and I'm off 5 and a half months now. Brain fog is finally getting less and I'm able to say more in conversations and to express myself more. Emotions are coming back again!!. Life is getting better.. I was no longer suicidal from month 4.
What I can share which has been of help for me was learning a new language.. My brain has recovered faster since three weeks, since I seriously spent time on learning a language (Portuguese, daily 2/3 hours). I definitely noted a positive effect of it. It really sharpened my brain as it seems. I made quite a leap in three weeks, unlike all months before.
Still not able to read books, I can't absorb too much information, which for me as a bookish person has been frustrating. I'm reading strip books about history to keep on learning new things and keep on learning things. But I was glad that I discovered learning a new idiom. I'm walking 1/2 hours a day, which has been helpful too. I'm taking supplements too.
Social contact becomes of value more and more. No longer have to say something stupid just to say something.. can finally utter something that I really want to say in conversations. Well, I'll keep checking the forum and sharing a comment when I

I have had 10 injectionsI'm desperate Nobody got 6 injections
Just to inform you, low prolactin doesn’t mean weight loss
I'm on Lamictal, started it after Lithium gave he hypothyroidism. Was on 100mg of Lamictal for a few months but I don't think that is a therapeutic dose. My doc upped it to 150mg last month and to 200mg last week. I didn't notice much difference between 100 and 150 but did get a little extra depressed due to situations in my personal life. Hopefully 200mg will be a good dose for me. I have experienced no side effects from the Lamictal so far.My doctor puts me on lamictal and he will off me from solian in may fortunately ...is there anybody who used or still using lamictal?is it any good?
Me too, I don't like it. You are brave to have lasted 2 years. I'm at 3 and a half months and it's hell on earth.I took 30 shots, it’s been 2 years withdrawing I’ve went back to the weight (170 lb) I was at before I ever took mental medications 10 years ago, as opposed to when I was on invega I was 260lbs but that’s the only thing I think I recovered from within the last 2 years. I honestly just want the sleep back. I’d rather just sleep my life away.
What if you cant have good and productive day.Sleeping has it's own imoportant place in healing, but having a good ad productive day is important in its own rite.
You only had 3 injections.Me too, I don't like it. You are brave to have lasted 2 years. I'm at 3 and a half months and it's hell on earth.
I have no business telling people what they can and cannot do, but for me it means that I'm simply not trying hard enough. That silver lining is there. That next step is there, even if I'm walking in the dark I'll find that next step. What if you cant have good and productive day.
You don't feel as bad as we doI have no business telling people what they can and cannot do, but for me it means that I'm simply not trying hard enough. That silver lining is there. That next step is there, even if I'm walking in the dark I'll find that next step.
