[Combo Subthread] Mushrooms & MDMA: The Hippyflip

Never tried Acid and dont wanna take enough X to be rollin the whole time without coming down it

Im sure hippie flipping isnt too far from candy flipping

its sounds like a sweet straight forward idea, trip on the acid and make it a happy nice trip by popping an E.

I found the acid brought out a different hallucinogenic side to the E. It'll hit you hard, it can be fun, buts its not a easy trip
 
IMO I wouldn't. Although raves are the fun and loving environment, it would be your first time hippie flipping and if you were to freak out you probably wouldn't want to do it with thousands of people around you. Not to mention the fact that cops and security would be the first to your aid if you were to freak out, which would only make the situation worse 8).

You might be fine on shrooms by itself, and you might be fine on MDMA by itself, but you don't know how you're going to react when combined. Id save your first hippie flip for a nice hike or something, and once you're comfortable with it, bring it to the massive/rave/festival scene.

Have fun at TAO man, even though it is a waste of money ;) (unless of course you like generic euro-house and generic trance)
 
If your fine on shrooms then I say go for it. Just don't do as many with the MD. Fantastic time to be had. Enjoy!

Mushrooms at a rave = Chaotic mindfucking

Too much going on, too many lights, too many people, too much confusion.....

And that was at a small rave..... At a massive i would probably be huddled up under something....

I don't advise it.

for you and similiar people maybe but for me low dose of acid with big dose of mushrooms is one of the best combos on earth . I done it on rave two times... and I am going to do it aggain! great times...
 
i have candy flipped at a rave - and i really think shrooms are so similar to LSD that it would be the same, intensely fun experience.. i had one of the best times i've ever had in san francisco.. i think MDMA will almost always make for a happy trip.. :)
 
MDMA + Mushrooms..'candy flipping' or whatever its called..

Tonight I am going to be consuming some good ole mushrooms for the first time in a good while.

However, I also have 100mg of MDMA powder left over from a little while ago and was wondering how much it would alter the mushroom experience to take them both.

I ask this because the people I will be with won't have any idea about the MDMA..and well, I don't want to stick out like a sore-thumb?

any experiences? are the changes subtle? or everyone going to know somethings up?

I wouldn't want to be trying to hide anything from the people I was with when tripping, just sounds like a recipe for anxiety and discomfort. Why can't you just tell them?
 
From what I remember, taking the e first and then the shrooms produces a very nice e experience with very awesome visuals. Taking the shrooms first and then the e produces a very magical shroom trip that is one of my favorite combos. Shrooms first then e is probably my favorite combo for dancing. A safe dose would be 2 grams of shrooms, then one medium to strong dose of mdma after you harness the power of the shrooms. Taking them at the same time can be overwhelming, causing confusion. I usually end up eating another half eighth of shrooms once my e kicks in, then another pill.
 
OK I've heard so many different views and the best one I heard was shrooms half way through your roll.

So does anyone argue with this dosing?

0:00-eat 2 Rolls

3:00 (about 2 hours into the peak) -eat 1/8G of OK cubensis.

I hear that this is a very good way to dose as it gives you a longer roll, with a more visual trip. If anyone thinks that there is a better way to dose this and why please tell me before tomorrow night ;)

I prefer to take the shrooms and pills closer together, around an hour between the two. That way you will be peaking on both drugs at the same time for a longer amount of time, which is the whole point of the hippyflip IMO, though the entire experience will be slightly shorter obviously. Depends what you want out of it I guess.

They potentiate each other alot! so it'll be more intense dosing them closer together if you were to do that. So make sure the setting is trip-friendly.

I like to go;

0:00 - eat pills/mdma
1:00 - eat shrooms
2:00 - redose pills/mdma

That makes for a crazy comeup. I also like the trip coming on while in that very positive, happy mindset from the mdma.

If you're after a more lucid, social experience then I'd go with what you have planned unless you're prone to bad pill/mdma comedowns you may want to eat the shrooms first so you don't start coming down while the shrooms are still going strong.
 
OK... So i'm reconsidering and this is my new timing for my 2 rolls and 1/8 shrooms.

0:00-Chew 1 roll
0:30-Chew mushies
1:30-Chew 2nd roll

OR

0:00-Chew Shrooms
1:00-Chew 2 rolls

Which one would produce a better trip?

EDIT- I decided to go with the 2nd one. Even if the rolls do take over a bit, Ill just smoke some Mary Jane :D It will be so insane and probably bring the psychadelicness(? haha) up since I have not smoked for about 4 months except for 1 or 2 times!

shrooms + ecstasy?

i have tried ecstasy numerous times, i have only tried shrooms twice.

i am going to a rave, and i wanted to try this combo.. i just wanted to know a few things:

-what should i watch out for?
-what are the doses i should take?
-any danger about this? what if my ectsasy contains pipes? can this get dangerous?
-is a rave the wrong place to do this? its an outdoors rave, more calm and chill than others...
