I'm making brownies with the hash I pressed since I don't smoke anymore. The CBG keif brings a slightly spicy taste that isn't unwelcome. The combination feels similar to a CBD/THC mixture but a little more stimulating.

Also, the keif is only partially decarbed so I'm still uncertain whether or not CBGA is stronger than CBG.

what's the most easiest and simple thc recipe for a newbie who has no experience?

basically someone like me lol

Probably firecrackers. I'm half asleep right now so details are whatever but I'll try to make sense.

1. Gently break apart your herb and decarb it
2. Spread oily peanut butter and/or nutella on crackers
3. Sprinkle the decarbed weed on the crackers
4. Place in oven
5. ???
6. Profit


I'd like to say there's a magical way to get it right everytime but everyone is different. Start with a small amount so you don't waste it and you'll eventually get better at it. Good luck

I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE WEED DOESN'T DECARB WHEN IT COOKS

i swear to god i feel retarded every time this comes up.

but really I just want to add that I liked to mix my weed in with the peanut butter before spreading on the crackers. something about a more even, thorough absorption rate... can't say for sure, it was a long time ago and I'm pretty sure I got the recipe off erowid.

I never decarbed, though. Couldn't risk stinkin' up Mom's kitchen for too long, I always had to make 'em on the low.

These types of common topics used to never even be talked about...I'm sure you remember. Hell, we never even talked about THCA not that long ago weed was simply THC and that's that. After legalization there was a boom in cannabis education and everyone was off to the races!

But that's the thing about education. The more you learn, the more you realize how much you don't know. It can be frustrating but at the same time it's a lot easier than it used to be. If you apply what you've learned you can make some pretty good educated guesses.

That said, I'm not saying it's wrong! I was just saying the shit makes no sense to me (and I'm not asking for an explanation, either.)

I'm in a terrible mood so I'm not even going to touch the whole education tangent. I'm not trying to be rude, but I definitely would've come off as such had I not deleted my reply to that. I think I just need to sleep on it and hope I wake up on a different side of the bed tomorrow.

I get your question. Why the extra decarb step when heat is gonna be applied later? For me personally i do it just to make sure. If your method works, it works. Many people express themselves with too much certainty about this kind of thing.
 
As for the topic i'm doing good on some good stuff smoked in joints outdoors and just had a beer as well. Life is going pretty good and the inebriation feels good despite my prior (permanent) over-indulgence. I'm in a trippy headspace, reminiscing and prospecting trips and life.
 
I'm really enjoying making long joints by sticking multiple rolling papers together. Small joints are shit. I'd rather have a big Rasta joint even if I have to put it out and hit it later. I've been doing these toothpick joints for ages. I fucking hate roaches.
 
Just smoked my stash as well as a bagged nug in my sister's room and the stash in the desk in the host's basement I am residing in a while longer as my place is renovated new bathroom and kitchen I am actually helping the contractor remove the kitchen stuff tomorrow may even work for him when my bullcrap garden center job ends soon sorry lost phone access needed new account access so to say which is alright the guy is cool he has been working solo did the bathroom alone looks amazing we are so spoiled it belongs in Orange County suburbia brat land he also drives a new Range Rover guy is balling sure he will pay much more than this stuck up millionaire garden exploiter old fart prick white hair Jack Frost might as well call him giving me these absurd hours selling Xmas trees this time of year at his plant nursery hope a nearby dispensary has Jack Herer to cool my nerves or warm them in the cold for Christian tree farming and vending
 
I had a question regarding delta-8 and dosing.

I recently bought a liquid product that claims, on the bottle, to contain 75 mgs of delta-8 THC. I've never had delta-8 before and was wondering what's a good dose? I know that if I ate 75 mgs of regular THC, that would put me in the outer limits, but I've read here that delta-8 is more "mellow"? Should I just down it and see what happens lol? Plz provide insights! ;)

I took roughly twice my regular d9 edible dose the first time I tried d8 and it worked out ok. It wasn't perfect but I eventually figured out my sweet spot.

You could always play it safe and take your normal d9 dose, in fact that would probably be the safest bet but use your own judgement.
 
You guys ever take a step back and realize a vast majority of your friends and acquaintances are drug-related? Like, if you're not picking up from or getting high with, you've got nothing in common with the people you see and speak with most frequently?

It's, uhhh.... it's a really sobering thought.

idk, this felt like a good spot for that. Doesn't really warrant it's own thread, I don't think...

Absolutely.

If you're anything like me you probably need a good sober girlfriend/boyfriend to balance it all out and make you act right. That shit is hard to find so if you do don't let her go.

I've given up on making new relationships, and I seem to've gone overboard when it comes to burning bridges I know I'll never cross again.

Now it's like... I pick up the phone to call someone and have to catch myself, because there's literally no one to call.

::sigh::

Life was so much simpler as a kid. All I needed was my bike and a basketball and I was good wherever I went. There was always a pick-up game to be found or some dumbass trying to make a ramp somewhere. I'm starting to wonder when I lost that, that confidence and nonchalance.

Life is a lot like a powerful mushroom trip. The good parts aren't in the middle.

Childhood is like a simple tingling in the brain, maybe only slightly disorienting. It's enjoyable and uncomplicated. The harsh come up are the young adult years 20's and maybe 30's. The peak ends somewhere around 40 and that's when it really starts to get good again. By the time your 60 you're basically hanging out with that dumbass building a ramp all while not giving a flying fuck about fuck all and the circle is completed.

Cannabis has never really suppressed my dreams. They're just as wild and engrossing when I'm high as they are when I've abstained for a while.

Dreams have always been important to me, though... like, there have been long periods where everyday the thing I looked forward to the most was ending the day, going to sleep and visiting certain dreamscapes of mine. It probably helped that a few college classes had me keeping a dream journal over 3 semesters, I think? Maybe 4... so I've kind of trained myself to be able to recall them in detail.

Still can't lucid dream by choice, though! It's only happened a handful of times, and every single time it was because I died in the dream, didn't wake up and then... somehow... the dream kept going. Death is a hell of a cue for realizing that you're asleep.
 
Strange, don't you guys get the dream rebound assault when going sober from weed either?
