There are babies who grow up to be gay, yet their house holds are very PRO-Hetrosexual, loving, no abuse, plenty of money. Or can be the complete opposite. They are boys who get raped, yet most do not grow up to be "gay" - some may have been gay anyway, but rape is rape. Or some will have self-abusive re-creation. ie: they'll have sex with men due to the trauma. Some women of rape have developed sexual issues in which they maybe be repeat rape victims or repeat abusive relationships for which I've known two in my life like that. This is where professional therapy is very much needed. One of them spend her entire life, which ended in her mid 30s - being a victim because she was raped at 14 and never told her parents. I think she was raped about 10+ times over her life, becoming a crack addict in a bad way. But its the original rape that always gives her night mares and ruined her life. She was smarter than her sister who went off to college, got a career, husband, kids, big fancy house with expensive cars, while she went the path of self abuse and poverty until her death. She finally opened to her parents about what happened 20 years earlier, getting actual therapy she needed, got off ALL drugs then got sick and died from an infection.
The point of that is: rape doesn't create sexual orientation but can have a life-time of effects without treatment. She didn't become a lesbian because a man raped her - as some idiots think that rape is how "gays are made" is such nonsense.
Back to homosexuality in babies. Identical Twins, born and raised in the same household - yet one is transgender. That nature at work. Whatever the reason, the child doesn't really have the ability to control his sexual orientation. Nothing will stop me from checking out Asians, or looking at Asian porn or naked chicks. But I did choose which ones I dated or had sex with. If I feel in love and married one - that is a mixture of choice and attraction with love, etc.
With all the hassle, abuse and fear - no child or teenager or adult CHOOSES to be gay! They simply are. And that kind of pressure is why many of them have depression and suicidal issues.
To be 17, in which the parents YOU LOVE unconditionally as a baby, have kicked you out of YOUR home, called you nasty names, disgusting low-life, etc. I cannot imagine how traumatizing that is. Many homosexuals are outcasts from their families... hence, so many are in the closet to be WITH their family.
I have a baby, under 2yrs old. He likes certain songs on my phone/youtube. I'm not talking about kiddy or baby music. He doesn't like ALL music. If a song plays he doesn't like he'll change it or start crying if he can't. I don't know why he likes certain songs and neither does he. He just KNOWS he likes what he likes.
