bluelight and federal agents

^^I was going to say, I don't doubt for a second that Law Enforcement views this site regularly. It's become pretty apparent that they use drug-related message boards for gathering information. They blatantly credit trip reports from places like Bluelight for bringing "new drugs of potential abuse" to their attention in Microgram.

I think one of the biggest misconceptions about government/law enforcement is that they are competent. Like idiots who tell you not to talk about drugs on the phone, ya like the NSA is listening you morons. lol I could pick up my phone right now, and spend the next 12 hours on it talking about coke,and wouldnt have to worry about a thing.
 
The only thing they could bust you for is sources anyway. Talking about doing drugs or talking about breaking the law isnt a crime, not in the US anyway.
 
I've gotten a few PM's from time to time with people asking to sell me drugs and shit. Usualy its pretty obvious whos a narc and whos not.

Bottom line is: Dont do anything illegal here, and theres nothing they can do about it.
 
Here's the funny thing about US law.

For a conspiracy charge for any crime except drug crime there has to be planning or discussion (the conspiracy) and then some action must be taken to initiate the conspiracy. Otherwise the charges don't stick, you can't be arrested just for talking about something.

Here's the catch for drug crime, the planning part in and of itself is enough to warrant an arrest for conspiracy to commit a drug offence. Pretty scary eh?

Glad I don't live in the US.
