Best legal stuff to help relax

I'd say the begs legal substance that I've had for relaxation would probably be kratom, but it's so unpredictable how it'll affect you each time though sometimes it's relaxing and other times it's more stimulating

Mitragyna speciosa is illegal in Australia. At lower doses Kratom is stimulating and at higher doses it is sedating producing an opiate like high.

This site is excellent and I use the podcasts daily.

I just so happened to discover this video yesterday and used it last night.

This one is good, although I like the new one I used last night better.

I use my iPhone because it is easier to manage my earbuds from the phone than from the laptop. I downloaded an app called "Relax and Sleep Well" that is so effective I've never heard the end of it. I just use the free version. The full version is 7 bucks but I don't think I need it, considering all the free ways there are to do meditation.

I particularly like to meditate using chakra theory and visualization techniques if I have nosed a line a crystal meth. It gives me a great feeling of strength.

I always use one of the methods above after I've been using meth. Meditation is powerful enough to give me the same results as 2 mg xanax for a softer landing. 2 mg xanax + guided meditation = chloroform.

Theres many different pills at the healthfood sstore claimin to help you relex.
I've heard of Valerian, & passion flower & a few others but I'm assumin Kava is the most effective. Is this Correct?

I think they only come in pills where I live. What is a good % of kavalactones I should be looking for in the product & should I just follow the intructions on the bottle or is it safe to take a few more?

or is it just not worth it because if it's only efective as taking 5-10mg Valium I wont even bother cuz the stuff is like $40 a bottle.

(Don't want mention of DHC, Codeine or DXM cuz I'm already aware of these pruducts)

I take what are supposedly water extracted kava tablets. I bought them at a local health food store and find them to help a lot with sleep and feeling "calm". Nothing like a pharmaceutical though, much milder and not really something you can take a lot of to get an increased effect as i find you reach a point of diminishing returns after 2 where they just make you a tad sleepy and dull. 1 is nice, however they are kinda overpriced so i don't have them all the time.

Everyone who has said meditation and exercise is also completely dead on, they are more effective than any herbal relief imo but the water extracted stuff does take the edge off a bit if you want to sleep or relax.

I've found meditation prob the one thing that's helped more than anything when it comes to dealing with anxiety and panic attacks.

This is an amazing way of clearing the mind and getting a bit of solace. Something I definitely should and will get back into as it is has amazing properties for clearing the mind and giving it a rest. Sometimes (IMO) the mind can be so busy that clarity is a word that doesn't even exist, and at that time it has no purpose. Different strokes for different folks, however meditation if you have the discipline or strength to give it ago - you may be amazed!

sedating antihistamines ? doxylamine/promethazine ? but to be honest i would suggest no drugs , just a healthy lifestyle , even try it for a few days . i started a break from weed (unintentionally at first) 7-8 days ago , and its worked wonders , my life/mental/physical health is better in every single way , just by stopping smoking weed , which in turn has given me the motivation to do recreational activities/exersice and work on myself , and what wonders its worked !

Antihistamines don't relax me, yeah they make me tired, but not so much relaxed. I get jumpy leg sometimes while on them.

I am currently taking the supplement Phenibut. It's legal and only costs around $XX that will last you around 6 months maybe more. I must say, out of everything I have ever taken for anxiety this kicks it's arse. This is working better for me than what valium and xanax did. It doesn't make my drowsy and as long as you don't take too much of it you'll hardly feel any different, it will just eliminate the anxiety. I know you can create quite a tolerance to this stuff so I am taking it easy and only using it no more than 4 days at a time. It has given me my life back. I can breathe properly now without having to take deep breaths every 10 seconds.

This shit is magic, but start off taking no more than 2 scoops a day because it'll make you feel sick and give you a bad hangover. I learnt my lesson the first time when I took over 1 gram. I now have only 2 scoops only at night 4 days in a row max and that does the trick. Remember you won't feel different until the second day that you take it.

It's the best $XX I ever spent.

I don't think so. You should be able to find at your local health food store, as it's OTC in America, not sure about other places. But it's widely available from online supplement stores and auction sites

On the topic of nootropics, some people find Aniracetam can calm them down a bit, I found it to be a stimulant though.

I think in terms of relaxing after a long day of school/work you just can't beat watching a good comedy, or lying down listening to some good music.

I've found smoking damiana helps a bit.My anxiety is so out of control I'm prescribed up to 4mg of xanax a day to deal with mind you,so it might be more beneficial for others. My boyfriend likes it taken as a tea.

I bought something called "Chill Pills" by Cenovis at the supermarket and was surprised they had a mildly relaxing effect. The main ingredient is rhodiola,so that might be worth looking into.

I'm deffo gone read up on Phenibut :)

^^^^^ let me know how you go with it. Trust me u won't regret it. Even if the docs gave me a Xanax prescription I would still prefer this. I can actually say its been a medication for me. Treat it with care and you'll at least be anxiety free for a couple days of the week.

Be warned though, I have felt very slight withdrawal feelings when I don't have it, so it has potential to be nasty. Low dose only. I still only have 2 scoops at a time.

I had some Phenibut the other day on an empty stomach and ended up with really bad nausea for a few days, I was throwing up a lot and wasn't able to keep anything down. I find benzos to be more beneficial, I would be careful with this stuff and only use once a week or less since there's not a lot of research on it.

In my experience, the best legal stuff would be one of the sedating antihistimines (someone alluded to them earlier). Either Diphenhydramine or Doxylamine Succinate. Available in Aust chemists mixed with stuff you don't want, but easily bought in 'pure' form from the USA and brought in.

Next best would be to use a Melatonin supplement, again easily available to in the USA.

All of the above are legal to import provided its for personal use and doesn't exceed 3 months supply.

I've never tried Phenibut, but taking pure GABA as a supplement just gives me wild, sometimes violent dreams accompanied by leg spasms.
