Depending on the dose - it might be too sedating. I blacked out from 15mg. However, most people would find temazepam to be perfect for anxiety, especially since they may not be so heavily effected by benzos like I am.Owww!
I smoked some JWH and ate some, then since I got paranoid I reached for a benzo. I couldn't find my low Xanax pills so I cut a Lorazapam (Atavian) in half to take .5mg. I woke up the next day with a killer headache, slept in until 5 in the afternoon with a few semi-wakes. I think the benzo did this, haha I never get a hangover on alcohol (gives me insomnia, I pass out for 3 hours or so then wake up and its usually around 5am and I can't sleep again).
I might ask for Temazapam since it improves sleep (seems that people find it very euphoric as well) and shouldn't cause this in case I fall asleep right? Would it help for anxiety as well or is it too sedating?

Yeah, clonazepam does nothing positive for me too.Valium was another choice I had, Xanax made me sleep like this the last time I took around 1mg, but I didn't wake up with a killer headache. Klonopin didn't seem to do much of anything when I took it (1mg) I might revisit it and see if its any good for anxiety.
I think that there is a lot less paranoia with good quality weed, that's just my 2 cents. Yeah, once you find a perfect medicinal/social use for benzos, it is hard not to get addicted to them. It takes a lot of will power not to use them all the time.So far since I know that cannabanoids+weed causes me paranoia I'm trying out different benzos while smoking instead of going to socially anxious situations to see what benzo is the best for keeping the anxiety away, or making it go away. Does this seem like a bad idea? I'd like to make sure that the benzo my doctor prescribes me works, but I fear this is a good way to get addicted to the usage of benzos.
I would say just don't get used to taking them daily and I think you should be fine. Watch out when taking Valium or clonazepam every other day even due to the long half lives.
