"Fuck it" I also have a friend who turned me onto this saying. Not caring at all can definitely get you into a lot of trouble, but sometimes you just have to shut off that area of your brain that gives a shit, and go with the flow. We will all experience many hardships in our lives. Sometimes there is a logical explination for everything and a solution to fix a problem, but other times there isn't.
Here is a scenario where "fuck it" would be the proper thing to do. You studied hard for an exam and when you get back your scantron, you see a big fat F written on top. You did all you could do, but it was not enough. This was a final exam and you needed at least a D to pass the class. You ask the professor to cut you some slack, but he/she refuses. What do you do? "Fuck it!" This doesnt necessarily mean you should give up completely, you just have to go on with your life and learn from your experiences. Dont sweat the small shit because when it is all said and done, the only thing that matters is that you had a good life.
"It could always be worse" Surely everyone has heard this before, and it could not be any more true. No matter how bad of a situation you are in, there is always someone worse off than yourself. Bad shit happens to everyone, everyday. Sometimes it seems like you are in a rut that you cant get out of, but if you stay calm and rational everything usually works itself out.
Life sucks at times but you just have to go with the flow and realize that we are all going to die one day anyways. "Fuck it" Have a good time and follow the path that you choose for yourself. Life is way too short to spend your time worrying about mundane details that will drive you crazy. Be nice to other people. We are all essentially one. Dont just look at the surface of everything. Think deeper and penetrate the surface so you will realize what is really going on. Everything is not black and white like some people make it out to be. Think outside the box and form your beliefs/values/morals based on your own experiences, not what mommy daddy or some book tells you.
I think that pretty much covers everything. anyone agree with me on this?
