Benzo Discussion

eitizolam was a weird one for me, either didn't take enough and just felt a bit chilled, or as in the disaster at the airport, took way too much and blacked out.. its never got me to sleep anyway but if you suffered from anxiety I think it would be a good one

personally dont find zopiclone recreational really.

I don't think anybody does. Was this ever an issue for debate / discussion?

I didn't know they weren't controlled but im pretty sure their not classed as a benzodiazepine

Am I getting deja vu? :\

Seriously, this has been covered before. Many times. They're not a benzodiazepine. Nor are they recreational.

Does zopiclone not do the strange things which zolpidem does? I was scripted zolpidem for a bit and found that with weed and forcing yourself to stay awake you could get into an interesting and very alien-feeling albeit difficult to recall place. Very effective for getting you under (not so good for keeping you there) and no shitty aftertaste the next morning.

I don't think zopiclone does that. As mentioned, my zolpidem experiements failed, but I saw my dad basically tripping out of his face on it more than once. Blissfully unaware of course. Frightening.

Yeah I'm not sure how I'd have reacted to the giant wooden soldier standing at the end of my bed while I was going to sleep if I hadn't already deliberately exposed myself to that type of thing! As it was I just burst out laughing and pretty much blacked out at the same moment.

You exposed yourself to a giant soldier, eh? ;)

Sorry, couldn't pass the opportunity up. Another regular occurence with my dad was speaking absolute gibberish. He seemed to be awake and aware of his surroundings but he was essentially sleeping. I hear that's pretty standard with zolpidem.

Ok... I've concluded that Nitraz makes me extremely angry the day after....
So much so that I just punched a hole in what was unfortunately a chip-board wall. Wish I punched a harder one that wouldn't break.
A broken hand would be better than a broken wall and the consequences when my mum gets back from her trip to London :\

... Catch you later... much later...

Arrrgh! Shittin' hell Monsta! Not good. 8o

Best of luck with that one. Are you sure that lack of non-booze and non-benzo sleep isn't catching up with you?

These days, benzos tend to give me long nightmares... Not good... Nitrazepam is on a league of its own, strange benzo indeed.

he was talkin 2 me sam i think you'll find if thats ok;)

I know he was. For the first paragraph, which was fine.

The rest of it was just reiteration of points already made, plus an affirmation that zopi's aren't recreational. Which nobody had claimed they were in the first place.

Some people use these threads for information and it gets a bit irritating for them if there are endless re-treads. That's all I was saying.

Chill with a benzo or something... ;)

It's likely. Plus the tapering, being fed up with all my families "little faults", likely not grieving enough for my late grandparents... Just want to feel normal.
Put a convenient lovely new picture up! ;)
I thought of that but I think that only works in cartoons.

Said sorry for spoiling her trip, went to my room, cried, cut and I'll likely not eat for a good while.
Fuck's sake I'm turning a Benzo thread into the dark side...

My favoutite tbh n inc flurnitraze , temaz , all of the bastadrd things

But i like the Moggs the most , i think its cos of the chilled next day thing , alot of folk ain't 2 keen but i like it.

I could swap it with me doc. 4 lorazepam , xtra diaz , temaz (not the liquid though:\) but i wouldn't .
I think different benzos effect us all different i likethe hypnotics personally.
Lorazepam has 2 be the best 4 acute anxiety 4 me though .

Sorry to go back to zopiclone, but although its not recreational, it's still as addictive as benzos whatever the drug companies promote it as.

which may result in death - :( mine were apparently 'level 5' seizures my pupils were fully dilated even with a torch right in my eye

kind of funny story: the first one I had was while I was walking into uni, and they were filming some sort of drama on the long road alongside the park with a fake ambulance.. me an my pal had just walked past the ambulance when I collapsed, luckily he caught me but because he was holding me from the ground he couldn't reach his phone so was yelling at other students 'call 999 get a fuckin ambulance etc' and they were just laughing thinking he was making a joke

first thing I remember is being driven to the hospital surrounded by paramedics, was a right piss take as that was the first time I had tried to go into uni (or work) for like 6 weeks :p
