the strips should be 14 . unless you can see where the 2 have been cut off

Cheers mate I will check that out tomorrow (got a friend to hold on to them for me so I dont rattle them as soon as I get a bevy lol.)

anyone ever had/heard of 10mg manos? had 5 of them and did fuck all

Yes - there were as hard as concrete and the ones i tried were inactive - or at least had an extremely tiny amounts of
benzo in them - maybe not even diazepam from others i have spoken to about them.

Actavis Diazepam are counterfeit, supplied with boxes and instructions 2x14 tabs. may have been supplied at one time by the NHS, they are made for blackmarket counterfeits prevalent in Scotland and N England, probably will contain diazepam in varying amounts, i know someone selling so definitely counterfeit- not robbed from a Glasgow pharmacy i can assure you.

WW D10 were good around 2 years ago, so many different presses of them impossible to tell quality unless sampled,

MSJ are the best of a bad bunch this year - but getting a bed rep recently as poor quality tubs with no official labels are being sold.

I've managed without benzos for almost a month now I think, I've got some etizolam powder coming tomorrowthe though for comedowns and the end of stim sessions as I really miss benzos for that purpose. I used 1mg of xanax over two days at the festival last weekend to help with comedowns and it did a good job without getting me back on daily benzos. :)

Less is definitely more with benzos.

Despite having the potential to cause severe depression, I think they are invaluable as a tool for the stresses of everyday life.

Needless to say it took me a good few years to master the correct method of using them.

Thats really fucking good going Mugz, just don't get back on the habitual use again <3

lol, just read this

so maybe not a month benzo free, but ceratinly looks like you've cracked the "habit"...

Just don't slip back =D

Didnt realize benzos can cause severe depression, might be why ive been feeling a bit empty sometimes. had soe weird brain zap shit going on the other night. have grown to like benzos a lot over the years, nice a dreamy and chilled. still been keeping them to the weekends thank fuck. could do with stopping mixing etiz and diaz with booze as well, or bashing them when i wake up still half drunk with a hangover kicking in, aint too good for my memory

I think booze is far more likely a source of depression Dan as well as stims of any kind IME, I note depression is a listed side effect for benzos and I'm sure it can happen but I'd be looking at the other 2 mentioned first especially if your keeping them to weekends.

Thanks, yeah, it's not been 100% "free" but I have kicked the habit as you said. It's great to not be on benzos daily and still be able to function. I still crave them pretty much daily but just seem to be using willpower to stay off them.

I've only noticed depression from long acting benzos and only really when they are not used daily and only infrequently, the depression only seems to last a day or so after.

Partly based on my own experience both personally and in others but there is also a fair amount of evidence that alcohol actually damages the brain in many ways including reducing the number of neurotransmitters. It has also been shown to cause nutritional deficiencies which could also contribute to feeling generally unwell.

I've not seen such evidence against Benzos but I would assume at least some of those effects would be the same, it may be purely down to the quantity of alcohol or it's propensity for abuse but even when you consider just cognitive impairment alcohol, anecdotely would seem significantly worse.

In my personal experience heavy drink brought about a nasty yo yo effect of anxiety and depression followed in quick daily succession but heavy drinking, benzos never had such a dramatic effect, maybe duration also has a part to play. Whilst I have messed with short acting benzos it was always against the backdrop of diaz

I don't disagree, I don't think there is any doubt about their connection to depression, the dead give away is how effective they both can be at the short term reduction of anxiety followed up with a typically ironic opposite effect.

I think Dan has been hammering a fair bit of 6APB and a fair bit of booze as well as some Etiz and Diaz, I'd cut out the booze first if I was feeling low, I have no experience of 6APB but if it's anything like MDA then that would be next, if not top of the list. That said the Diaz is going to be hanging about for days after dosing, in short a few weeks of that lot is likely to have almost anyone feeling a bit wonky.

What you mean is that you have come across Actavis counterfeits no?
I didn't say owt about stolen from Glasgow Pharmacy .

Was lucky enough to get a few Sovereign diazepams yesterday. My mate gets them on script, I usually have Actavis 10mg off another mate with script but last time I had the Sovereign pills I thought they were even better than the Actavis.
Only got 10 of them though so they won't last long but should help to have a nice weekend.

Recently got my hands on nitrazepam bromazepam and clonazepam. Anyone recommend their favourites out of these and reasons why?ive usually stuck to traditional Valium and alprazolam (occasionally alp. But I'm not a fan due to the next day rage)
