Nice one!! I should suggest them for my doctor too.. What did you exactly get the prescription for?
I have sum sources gettin em :) but not too often which is good because of the tolerance issue.
Pretty god damn expensive medicine too :p

Aw Treacle I know the weight gain is a pain. I find if you exercise regularly and eat sensibly though you can keep things from getting too out of control.

Dont let it bother you too much. I just quit lyrica and I can tell you that the fat drops off alarmingly rapidly.. :)


Moe, I pretty much blagged the lyrica.. I was aiming for diazers. They are prescribed for conditions such as neuralgia as well as anxiety.
Euphoria is one of the side effects listed on the precautions and warnings sheet.
If you've genuinely got anxiety go for it but do your research first. Check out one of those user ratings sites maybe.

I found them really addictive and after time the buzz wasn't worth the side effects.

I've experienced with Lyrica a lot actually.. Combining it with many things, in the name of science of course 8)
Lyrica act's super funny IMO.. The anxiety relief comes after the jittery chill feeling at least in my experience's :)
Ive heard that twice a week is like a pretty good way to use them if you like the buzz. But shit gets wierd with bigger doses (800+mg)
450 has been my magical dose for a long time :)
 
Pregabalin was pretty euphoric for me at first, but now it just chills me out and adds a nice effect to booze, weed and opiates.

Sometimes I like to nom 600mg in one go. Shit gets weird fast. Feels like a strong disslocative and pretty much glues me to the chair/bed. Very vivid waking dreams at that dosage.

Be careful though, it seems to give me a slight arrhythmia when I take it that far. :\
 
The MSJ's are quite inconsistent now, would say from 5mg to 15mg+ as some hit like bombshells and knock you out yet other times, when taken same amount of pills has done little more than jelly the legs, then next time u could take even less pills and b more monged than last time, that's my experience with them most times I've bought them, few months ago they were consistent 10mg+ feeling but now they feel less, gonna have one when I get home and see how far it gets me, the Xanax I got tho were unreal, caused a friend to go a bit mental and give me friendly threats with knifes then 2 seconds later no recollection of it so they seemed legit (he had 10 1mg ones, plain white with breakline, red blisters)
 
Gabapentin & Pregabalin have been the one & only class of drugs to turn me into a mindless drug fiend for days on end until the script is gone.
No other drug has done this to me not even Ambien (which came rightly close).

My fault i fully admit. Just somehow both time i've been prescribed these meds i've quickly found they do nothing for my pain but ? do some terrible thing to my liking for recreational drugs. Never got a fun buzz from them though. Just a complete zomby fiend.

I'm prescribed 450mg a day, but have cut down to just 150mg, in the morning. Exercise and some diet changes have resulted in weight loss/muscle gain, so I believe it's all reversible.
 
Pregabalin is wicked for anxiety, especially social anxiety that can be life crippling! I defo get euphrioa if I take more than my prescribed dose, the most I've ever eaten is 1gramme 50mgs, I do not advise this but it gave me a very strong nod and I eventually slept like a baby!

to Mugz - thats great bud that you are off them!! its so friggin hard i dont even bother anymore I just get my six month script at a time and leave it with the chemist, pick em up once a week then so I dont take em all at once.. I tried going cold turkey from 15mg p/d a few months back, I felt OKssh for about four days then all hell broke loose had to get my hands on them

If you want them you have to get the Doc to specify on the script .
 
Yeah gotta ask for the lyrica definately.. I think they like to prescribe it to ppl here in Finland at least, fucking expensive med's.
Every pen, notebook, & posters my doctor has is sponsored by lyrica :D They get somekind of commission from prescribing it I think..
I know a guy who's lyrica-expense is like 280€/month, which is fucking SICK.. Fucking Pfizer.
 
Getting some "illicit" benzos in this week. 3 mg roche bromazepam.

Anybody here have much experience with bromazepam? I had some recently & it sort of creeps up on you. I took 12+ mg & went about all mannor of things going from pillar to post & not feeling much different. However it was one of those benzo days when in retrospect you were kinda wonky!

My friend was asking about where i got these biscuits? I was like "what biscuits"? & he tells me i came 'round & gave his gf a pack of these chocolate biscuits to apologise for being greedy & eating hers sometime before. I had a vague memory of making a show of apolgising & presenting her the superior biscuits. No memory of where i bought these "fuckin amaazing polish biscuits". Some Polish shop i guess.

Goes to show that good ole benzos can throw inhibition out the window & let you get round to making slightly embarassing good deeds.

p.s This place i'm gettin the bromazepam from is sketchy as hell. They arrived in the post. I opened the brown paper packet & found a bottle of magnesium? I thought shit they messed my order up. So i opened the bottle. It was sealed like vitamins usually are. I poked my thumb into it deciding a little magnesium might do me some good ( i asn't gonna bother sending them back) pulled out some cotton wool & saw a bottle full of pink - round - flat - tabs with a score down one side & roche 3 on the other!

What kind of bizzare company seals bromazepam up in supplement bottles?
 
Bromazepam is nowt special i get the feeling that you are trying to do the whole set of Tranx ?
Go for it but don't expect anything special from this one buddy.

Have you had any Liquid Suspensions or Elixirs yet ?
imo they are the best .

No, never had a benzo elixir. Would be a cool addition to my medical kit.

Whole set of tranx? Do you mean like, the whole spectrum of tranquilzers? No just thought i'd give this benzo a try since i wanna take a break away from diazepam, y'know just mix it up so you can get another buzz.

First benzo i tried was prescribed lorazepam june 2008 a week before i went to work in Dubai for a few months. Out in Dubai i first tried Valium, brand valium with the viittle heart shaped V cut out the middle!

Then in 2009 i first tried nitrazepam, then later that year was prescribed temazepam.

Last year my doc switched me, at my request, to oxazepam 15 when i was coming off diazepam. It was a unexpected prescription, i just thought i'd give it a shot. My docotr is the sort of guy who one time he'll tell me how although he prescribes a lot of zopiclone he personally favours temazepam, so to the patients he seems to like he'll be generous but then another time i'll explain my chronic insomnia & say like "i've been prescribed temazepam before, is that an option at the moment"? & somethimes he'll try & just give you zopiclone, which these days i just turn down.

So that's 6 benzos i've tried now when you include bromazepam which like i said in my above post i recently did already try bromazepam.

The reason i'm going with these again is that i didnt find them at all recreational, but great anxiolysis, which is preferable right now as i liked the box of 28 2.5 lorazepam a bit too much & only have a few left now.

So it'll be good to have a utility benzo like bromazepam in my medical kit.

As you can see from that timeline i've only been into "prescription drugs" since about 2009 around about the time i joined bluelight 'cos i wanted to research into pharms properly.

The only exception being prescription painkilers which i've had a bout 7 years now but this year marks 10 years of "hard drug abuse" when in 2002 i first tried things (street drugs) like speed, cocaine & ecstasy.

The thing i like about prescription drugs is you can be meticlous by way of making use of ther fact that they give an exact dosage.

I reckon that give it another year Doppelganga that you should be able to give Boots the chemist a run for their money.
 
These fake roche I got, which are definitely not roache, are the business. Really even, really strong, and really tightly put in their seperate blisters so there's no rattle (which I think is a sign of a good company?). I was wary of buying them but I would go as far as to say they are as good as apaurins.
 
To people who've come off benzos and stayed off em, how long before you felt normal? I swore i wasnt going to go back to them after being psychotic & sectioned on the wd's but since i've come out the anxiety has been killing me, leaving me pretty much housebound. I snapped today after 4 months and had a few mg of etizolam and i feel normal, which after the last few months is a godsend.. I cant stay on them though because it wont work for multiple reasons, so i'm making this a 1 off & chucking the rest. So what i want to know is how long before i'll feel even relatively okay without them?

Its a tricky old question, I think it has as much to do with your underlying anxiety problems as it does with the Benzos TBH.

Are you on any other meds at the mo?
 
Aye i reckon so, nah i'm not on anything they offered me beta blockers but i turned em down since its psychological not the physical aspects of anxiety if you know what i mean, on a waiting list for cbt fingers crossed that'l help. Been on benzos 1/3rd of my (albeit short) life so just kinda grew up with them suppose that could've masked any anxiety troubles, take em away and i feel terrible.. maybe thats what normal is for me haha
