i believe i can fly....

does NIN and shit like that express how well someone sings like "i believe i can fly" or the "beegees", does music nowdays express it the same as those songs? b/c those songs are on american idol, and NIN isn't, is it b/c nirvana and etc isn't just about expressing how well u can sing but just good music, its not all evolved around the musical voice?

you make a good point there. It's NOT all evolved around the musical voice. Cept for all the millions of songs that are evolved around the musical voice, or vice versa. I'm just fucking though. I know what you mean.

Here's one though: What if you were born and raised by a strict Muslim tradition, but then became a satanist?
 
Trent doesn't have the most musical voice but he is a great composer. Trent can sing though (Hurt/The Great Bellow, etc...). I don't think the Beegee's have musical voices either. Those songs are on American Idol because they are easily recognized. I wish the AMerican Idol kids were forced to write original material and perform that, instead of doing covers. Lets see who can write a decent melody.
 
im just saying those songs aren't necessarily expressing their great musical voices, but just showing how great the music is. do u guys agree?

I would think someone who does NOT shower would be more likely to stink due to the accumulation of bacteria. I'll break it down for you:

1) Turn on shower
2) Take off clothing
3) Step in shower, get wet
4) Soap yourself up, scrubbing all major areas (face, armpits, crotch, feet)
5) Rinse
6) Turn off shower, get out
7) Dry thoroughly everywhere with towel

And if you're feeling REALLY ambitious, wash your hair while you're in there.

Are people who live in a big city more likely to lose their jobs? now think about it, they get in rush hour, there's an accident, your company has zero tolerance for lateness. YOUR FIRED! what do u guys do if u work downtown? do u check traffic reports? do u take different routes to work if there's an accident? do people in the city lose their jobs b/c of that? if your company said zero late policies allowed, what would u do? would u leave an extra 30 mins early, b/c for me it takes 45 mins to get to my job, and i live 10 mins from downtown dallas, i live in north dallas, so u see?

Wake up earlier, leave earlier, compensate for situations like this. These are things that you learn as you become an adult.

i think it depends on what your company wants to check up on. i know my company searched for felony convictions.
 
ok but what if your late anyways? what if ur not the type to check traffic reports or leave early? do u think most places in downtown understand this shit and don't have this policy? i mean no company wants u to be late, but u know what im saying....heh. right?
 
im an hour + late to work every day... but i stay 2 + hours later than everyone. try to work for a lenient company?

No, I think most employers expect you to be in on time or compensate by staying later. I come in usually around 8:45ish and stay until 5:30 or so. I think it reflects poorly on your work ethic if you are standing at the door staring at the clock waiting for 5 to roll around.
 
so u work downtown? b/c u have to leave at least 90 mins early probably, but if u listen to traffic reports u shuold be fine, but sometimes it happens when your on the freeway heh.



Also another topic, can you mix antibiotics with sleeping pills? i mean i know what the antis do, they kill viruses, while the sleeping is totally different, but if they both end up in u, can they both come together and then fuck you up worse?
 
antibiotics kill bacteria not virii, ask a pharmacist for clarification, it's their job. I'm not a physician yet (give me another 6 years).

Yeah, you just have to expect the traffic to be heavy during rush hour, it's a given because everyone is trying to go to the same place at the same time essentially. You'll get accustomed to it.

Regarding antibiotics + sleeping pills, be more specific. What are you combining? Antibiotics are NOT recreational and they do not depress the CNS like "sleeping pills" so you should be fine. Elaborate though please.
 
Im not taking the antibiotics recreationally, lol. its amoxicillin for my lungs, bronchial shit, and also my dad said "republicans and democrats have changed, that the democrats used to be like republicans and vice versa"



I am aware republicans freed the slaves, but your telling me the republicans used to stand for liberty, when did the democrats become the good guys? b/c i fucking hate republicans!
