I just went out and bought a wrong sized piece of glass after Fucking up some simple measurements for replacing a glass panel that i had to smash to regain entry to my house after locking myself out. As i seem to be back to more or less whatrvrt passes as normal for me, i didnotnot flip my phnzzed top once again. Enough of it must have cleared my system.

I think i have enough indications that just perhaps maybe i night like to consider stopping taking phenazepam LOL. It seems to give me brain damage for onr thing.

I love the flat out wastedness of it though. But it has far too many consequences on real life.

Here is a clear signpost along the road to recovery otherwise . Phenaz leads that way. Mo phenaz leads another way. I dont know if i can just flush it (thats no use really as can always order more) or if i need to understand why i go on such self desrtructive (mentally. physically, emotionally, spirituality. No one knows me here so i havent really got any reputation to loose. It would be nice if the neigbors said "goodmornong" amd all that/ Only 3 of them ande the postie speak to me.

my reponse was meant to nbe too. Anyway its £3.60 down the shitter for a wrongl size piece of glass. Not the end of the world though is it. ill try agaim tomoprrow when even more phenaz should be puirged from my brain. For supposedly a bright guy i take some stupid shit and do stupid things

I feel its kind of time to go of it and and bin it. But i fear ill be here 6 months later, saying "and so i bought another 2g phenaz lol"

Parltty true B&W think, though itys manily in the tone of voice isnt it. Although dogs do inderstand "dinner" and "walkies" "go to bed" etc

I wiah i had a wife i could get by with bu just using those 3 phrases, lol.

She'd have to y=take helrsle for the walkies if a goof film was on tho.

girls like guys who aren't trying to be something they're not in order to impress them. Don't try to be nicer than you are or meaner then you are.

Be happy with who you are and they'll see you for what you are.

(knock the phenaz on the head first :p )
 
Damn sure I will not ever try phenoz, lol if it increases my verbosity to any great extent. MDB, glad you have decided to stick around a while. :)

I hate the way some people who've been in a neighborhood about 5 minutes start trying to lay down the law and feel free to hurl abuse around as if its their right. Who the fuck do the think they are ? When i asked he how im supposed to get my bike from the road to my house, she said "carry it" As if that's what they do, fuckin hypocrits and self righteous bastards,

I was still angry when i met them again today as they had got the better of me in the verbal the exchange yesterday, so I told her what i didnt get the chance to say yesterday; how self rigthteous she was if she thinks letting a cat shit wherever it wants to is worse than riding a bike on a pavement for 1 second, and that the next time their cat craps in my garden it' (the crap) is getting chucked straight back over their garden wall, where it belongs !

Next second the guy came up real close to try to intimidate (certainkly dint work, ive seen scarier 10 year olds) me and make me feel guilty about arguing with a woman, wtf, are we in 1920s Knightsbridge all of a sudden ? She fuckin started it yesterday and has no trouble giving as good as what she takes. Even if she is starting to sound a bit mad and illogial to me already.

At this point the woman started going on about calling the police "what are you going to tell them i asked " ?:? Then the bloke told me to go back inside my house. What fduckin right does he have to put me go in and put me under house arrest,

i know its tis but a petty and trivial incidfent but ut has made all3 of us very angry.

Im currently trying to learn the line between being assertive and getting my point across without being aggressive, which is what i believed i was succeeding in doing. Then she started lying about how id hit her cat with my bike last time (did i fuck, hence i had to tell the fucker to "move" She said id better not hit her cat AGAIN,. "AGAIN" I repeated as sarcatsically as possible.

I thought i was nuts but they seem fuckin fuckin barmy to me ~?

Normal people with some tolerance and respect would move around the cat. What is wrong with getting off your bike and walking around, shouldn't be riding bikes on the pavement anyway.

I would go off it if someone shouted at one of my pets like that.
