not so much recently no. I used to do ok though - despite the freezing thing.

Yeah Gos you're right, just give me time to get my confidence back and all that yea, know what i mean ? Its taken quite a battering recently.

My next door neighbour who has moved in the last two months is an absolute scally, she screams and swears at her children if they do the slightest thing wrong and during this heat all our windows are open. She starts about 7am and fucking wakes me up. And then lets her yappy dog outside bark away all the time, then fucking screams at the dog to shut up which works for all of two minutes.

Once its cold again it wont be so bad. Still might give the dog a valium every once in a while.

But I'm done south most the time over summer and my missues has moved into a basement flat which is cool and quiet.

i had forgotten that he was yet to respond. I liked that one; helped me put things into perspective and to see how just how much id lost the plot.

To be fair though, the owners were makin more out of an issue out of it than me.

If they'd just ignored me telling the cat to move, (thats the normal way to speak to animalks is it not - you dont say "good morning mr cat, please could you move one foot to your right so i can get onto the pavement, thanktou very much sir." I would just have cycled round the cat. And that would have been it. Howver as he chose to start hurling abuse at me in a phenazzed state there was bound to be trouble, as that is never a good idea. Its bound to provoke the phenazeed beyond all reason. Hence why i should stop taking this stuff in Public. Christ i cant believe im still talking aboout this major world event, several days later.

The matter has ben put to bed as far as im concened now tho.

Only 5 hours late for my MOT today. I think i'd better rebook for another day and not stay up all night next time and sleep right through the day. God i hate doing that. Rule no 1 - dont piss mechanics off - they can easly find hundreds of exra pounds worth of work that suddenly need doing"

doubt if its much of an issue in Antartica lol ? Already i like your rebellious attitude. See how many cats you can kill whilst riding down the pavement, makes it muich more fun !

I dare say the snow forces you onto the pavement sometimes and then vice verca. Technically and legally they are right, cycles arent allowed on pavement in towns, but even the post men do for ffs, im not changing my habit of 20 years just to suit some some stupid fat pampered innocent bird killing cunt, who's owners have been here 5 minutes, already act like they own the place, and will be gone in 5 months. (id there a prayer smiley ?)

(when they've had enough cat shit chucked over their wall lol).

I think they keep it in now, and are scared of me lol.

My neighbour's cats shit in my garden and a lot of that goes back over the wall.... (this is a test post to see if I can make a contribution to this thread without either i) causing you to erupt with rage or ii) you confusing me with Ismene)

Gos. Please lets get one thiong (or thong if you're wearing one) straight.

I only erupt into rages whilst under the influence of phenazepam.

I never erupt into rages otherwise, though i still get angry, who doesnt. Im usually a pretty mild even tempered easy going bloke.

I just went out today and bought a totally mis-measured piece of glass after Fucking up some simple measurements for replacing a glass panel that i had to smash to regain entry to my house after locking myself out. As i seem to be back to more or less whatever passes as normal for me, i did not flip my phenzzed top once again. Enough of it must have cleared my system.

I think i have enough indications that just perhaps maybe i night like to consider stopping taking phenazepam LOL. It seems to give me brain damage for onr thing.

I love the flat out wastedness of it though. Maybe its a simillar thing to what alcoholics crave, but not being one, i wouldnt know. But one thing is certain Phenaz has far too many disasterous consequences on real life.

Here is a clear signpost along the road to recovery, or, otherwise . Phenaz leads one way. Choosing not to take phenaz oundoubtedly leads to a better place. I dont know if i can just flush it (thats no use really as can always order more) or if i need to understand why i go on such self desrtructive binges (mentally. physically, emotionally, spirituality.

No one knows me here so i havent really got any reputation to loose anyway. I might as well already be a drug and alcohol addicted tramp for all the people round here care. It would be nice if the neigbors said "good mornong" a d all that/ Only 3 of them and the postie actually do. 8o


Lol Jan, you've noticed. I'm sorry i do get the both of you mixed up under the best of circumstances. The only resolution is for you bnoth to post pics of yourselves, and tell everyone everything about yourselves
