Had such a odd experience 2 days ago, I had the Blues Son House used to sing about & had Townes lyrics running through my mind as I walked down the street (Marie if anyone cares) & some random guy caught my eye walking towards me. As we got to the point we walked past each other he looked at me again & put his hand out, then said "Yeah my Brother, I FEEL your Pain" & smiled at me.
His smile was as if he knew what I was thinking in my mind & he knew I was down, I just found this ssssssoooooo odd & wanted to tell you lot about it.

Anyway here is the same guy but his singing "A Song For" instead of Marie as I've posted that track before.

I think I posted this story elsewhere that when I was in a psych ward last year, during one music therapy session the therapist took song requests to play on her iphone/bluetooth speaker. I chose Marie. Prolly not a great choice considering some of the patients there were indeed houseless. But I also wanted them to know that Townes could empathize with their situations. Anyways, the therapist's phone kept cutting out for the first stanza or so, therefore they didn't get the whole story anyways :/

A Song For is a good one too.

Hell Yeah my Brother <3

I was locked up too in the local mad house, I'd been awake for 8 nights & 9 days with no sleep as I was smoking pure a-PVP (imagine how I smelt too smoking that stuff. When I did long MDPV sessions smoking it also my mates Kitten crawled into my jacket right under my armpit, it would inhale deeply then come out with a weird look on it's face, make odd noises then go back in for another dose, I must had MDPV vapour coming outta me so badly it could fuck up animals)
All the people also locked up in there were NOT my kind of folks, the only one guy I got on with was this poor guy who was sleeping on the street & had blagged it to the doctors so he could get a decent few meals & a bed to sleep on.
All the other people in there were into Speed Garage & Shit like that, they had no idea who Robert Johnson was FFS, I'd NOT even bother to share Townes with those kind of people.

IMHO you can tell so much about a person by the books they read & the music they love ;)

I'm not being rude here @Jerry Atrick but how old are you & what State you from? Feel free to DM me if you want to reply & DON'T wanna post it.
