The basic blood test names are just LH/FSH, Testosterone, Cortisol, Progesterone at 8 AM in the morning. That would give you an indication of the kind of stuff you are dealing with. Its not everything since you need to save $$$ but could give an indication as to what you are dealing with.
Low testosterone (and low cortisol, progesterone) at 18-20 is not common at all in the general population but since you have these delayed symptoms that are abnormal like low libido, you should get that checked out. The LH/FSH gives an indication of if your pituitary is suppressed.
Are you are taking enough vitamin D?
Honestly, major depression does not just come out of nowhere especially since you recovered from E. So there has to be a reason for it.
