It seems that 300g carbs, 300g protein, 70g carbs is what I'm needing a day. Trying to work that out in terms of what to eat when is tricky though. Just had porridge followed by 2 boiled eggs and green tea. It's just getting the right meal at the right time that's the problem, no use using diets online or other peoples ones as it's what suits your needs but I think I'll need some help planning this. Read a lot online but still none the wiser.

How come you didn't get much benefit from reading all the diet stuff online? Getting the right meal at the right time is pretty straightforward, or does work etc mean you cant train at the same times on the same days?
 
No it's just what to have when without repeating the same meals. I'm easily getting 150g a day protein, but I think more would maybe be better. I understand what I've read, I just really can't be fucked with calorie counting or weighing food etc, such hassle.
 
How tall are you Dan? I can't imagine that at just over 10 stone you're holding much fat.

Yeah probably not much fat, just more than id like, previous pics i had hardly any fat. dont like the feel of it either, wobbles around, imagine being a proper 20stone fat fucker jiggling around in that state, sod that
 
You'd be better of doing weight training first, then cardio later. Weight training will still burn fat and if the fat is belly fat then shouldn't be hard to raise your centre of gravity a bit.

Just eaten a spannish omlette for breakfast, 3 eggs, potatoes, pepper. Going to squeeze in some porridge and banana at 9 then gym at 10 for shoulders/triceps work out. Legs still dead from 2 days ago somehow and back is pretty nakard from yesterday, definately feeling the burn off this new programme. Day off will be needed tomorrow.

I know fuk all about this stuff but i was a bit of a sportsman i my youth.

What i want to know is , you do all this stuff eat specific foods but then go out and drink £100 odd worth of booze at the W/E what gives.

Is it a health thing or just about aesthetics ?
If it's a health thing then i just can't see how it's going to help what with all the Booze , Drugs N Junk Food /

Enlighten me please.
 
My training is going steady away. I've lost a stone of fat and put on half a stone of muscle so far. My bench is upto 75 now too. For me brimz, my primary goal is asthetics with health coming a close second. That and I like the prospect of being able to hold my own in fights, so i'll be starting some krav maga training soon.
 
From the outside i look pretty fit if a bit skinny mind i always have been naturally fit.
now my leg is better i can do 50 miles piece of piss on my Bike thats up n down hills ( i live in a valley )

I hate fighting not saying that i wouldn't use any weapon that came to hand if i had to i have a hammer next to the bed .

I was stabbed in the neck with a screwdriver in 2001 whilst waiting for stuff i had just under a grand on me . When your going for a big score it's always good to have £20 or so in yer pocket n the rest somewhere else.
Mind you don't want to give it up easy hence the small scar on my neck .

it can balance out to a certain point, i keep on the healthy during the week, feel good n hardly ever get ill, and used to work out a lot, then get mashed and binge eat only on the weekends,

143/84 was my reading, sat at the table, much to the horror of me and everyone around me.

Tried it again a few ours later, 137/76.


Why the fuck is my blood pressure so high?
 
Well brimz I've only been drinking once every 2 weeks latelly and I'm attempting now a sober block til 25th august. I'm just over 12 stone 1 just now and am strong for my size. Survived the weekend without getting hammered just 4 small bottles of magners and a few ports.

Yry and keep myself occupied with a new job, applying for this college course, seeing the princess. And when it comes to drugs the odd valium or smoke when I'm bored I've still got a bit of each. Stims and pub are off the agenda.

Do you do any exercise? Do you eat lots of shitty unhealthy food? Are you stressed?
 
Also, do you smoke tobacco? That's more often than not a cause too. My bp is strange; I eat a lot of salt, and used to smoke, and it was still below 120. Once I quit smoking and started exercising it has consistently been 100 or below.
 
Expect its a combination of things mentioned. might check mine out, know its higher these days
 
I'm an ex-smoker, I do use a fair few drugs (:|) which probably has quite a lot to do with it. I think MDPV/ethylphenidate might be culprit though I haven't used either for weeks. My diet is good but I get no exercise these days.
 
It shouldn't be having an effect on your bp this long after using it, should it? Unless you need a seriously extended break of course. A nurse told me that your bp is meant to be 100+ your age for 'good'. So you aren't too over what you should be, just a smidge, which should be easy enough to bring down. Maybe it just doesn't know whether it's coming or going with the heroic doses of etiz and eph interchangably?
 
Well I haven't used etizolam for even more time, in fact downers are rarely in my system at all. Just checked again, 134/76 which isn't soooo bad. Glad to see it's generally in the 130s instead of the 140s.
 
Do you drink much at the moment? You know, you seem to be doing most things right, it might be worth visiting the doctors over this just to be on the same side mate.
 
Had another excellent work out today, chest and biceps with some weighted sit ups added in. Diet is very good and I think if I do keep up these sober weeks til end of august for creamfields I will have some fairly good gains.

Enjoyed my weekend off drinking, think for the next while I'll just focus on finding another job, gym, the right girl and saving for creamfields.

As far as aesthetics goes I'm planning a course of the sunbeds so I have a decent tan by creamfields. Also debating a teeth whitening.

(yes I know I'm going to get ripped for that) as my good mate says though "be the best version of yourself" :D
