It seems that 300g carbs, 300g protein, 70g carbs is what I'm needing a day. Trying to work that out in terms of what to eat when is tricky though. Just had porridge followed by 2 boiled eggs and green tea. It's just getting the right meal at the right time that's the problem, no use using diets online or other peoples ones as it's what suits your needs but I think I'll need some help planning this. Read a lot online but still none the wiser.
How come you didn't get much benefit from reading all the diet stuff online? Getting the right meal at the right time is pretty straightforward, or does work etc mean you cant train at the same times on the same days?
