I'd join you if I had any AMT... I abused it pretty heavily in 2006-2007 so I no longer stock it, so to speak. I have actually come to like DOC more anyway though.
Here phenibut is thought of as a dietary supplement of sorts, for things like exercise (like GHB once was). I used to use it daily and did so for the better part of a year. Actually I used iot daily for several different long periods of time and never did I notice withdrawals, except for the last time, where I used it daily for almost a year. I had withdrawals for exactly one week from that, and they were pretty horrible in terms of anxiety and discomfort, but nothing at all like what I hear GHB/GBL withdrawals are like... no shaking, seizure-related activity, or even any sort of sickness or anything like that. Just anxiety - soul-crushing, horrible anxiety.
These days I use it from time to time in combination with some of my favorites, such as DOC, where it creates a really fantastic state of mind. I make sure to only use it when I leave a few days in between. It really isn't a very compulsive substance, even though I used it daily... it's more like it makes the day better, so I didn't see a reason not to use it because I had never heard of it having withdrawals at the time. But it's not moreish like GHB or opiates or something.
I have never withdrew from GHB, mind you, but I can't imagine that phenibut withdrawals would be worse, much less far worse as I have heard some say.
