If I go, I'll be there for a while. [Hmm; I'm sure planning on being there, but I'm not sure I'll still have a job by July]

And that's the idea - it's built around the festival, but we're hoping/expecting that people will get there earlier. I bet a lot of the Yanks will spend a week or so there.

If I'm not in Italy or Croatia, I'll be going for a full week at least, flying in on a Wednesday and flying out on a Wednesday to get cheapest flights.

Flights from Glasgow or Edinburgh were much of a likeness in price.. around £160 + return depending on the day.

woot, i can get a free flight from my airmiles, nice one!

i'll try to remember to emerge from the hotel room to go to a meetup or two.

That's probably the best way to do it edde - wed to wed. But not good use of precious annual leave for me. Toying with the idea of an extended euro wander around the BL dates... :D
