Marmalade let Sam defend himself if he wants to. Chinups clearly wound up.

I have found this forum supportive and most posters are incredibly patient as it goes. You dont need to lurk. If theres people you dont like dont talk to them. There are Bluelighters that like you and care about you.

I'm certainly not comfortable thinking your'e sitting there feeling suicidal.

For the record I thought Kates post was genuine.

P.S It is infuriating when posts disappear.

I'd also advise/ask you to do the same (chinup that is, incase it's not clear)

this place can be a service for so many reasons. and at least if you do feel it's superficial, you can keep those people on their toes, no?

meh, the forum's gonna be down now, for maintenance until tomorrow. hope you come back then tho', if you don't get chance to say your piece now < 3

I am not fussed with keeping the people who wish to convey they care on their toes, I just don't bring any of my problems on here unless they are practical. There are definitely a fair few nice and caring posters on here, they just obviously don't get tested until you really need them - and if they're frauds then it's too late.

Sorry, I am being a bit of a derplet. I didn't realise it wasn't directed at me.

eh, I'm not sure what you mean tbh. I just meant that if Chinup feels people are superficial here, she can stick around and post and challenge those people ... as well as get all the other positives that the forum provides re: advice n whutnot.

eh, not necessarily too late, that's just life and par for the course. some people deliver some people don't. c'est la vie. sorting through the chaff is the same here as it is anywhere imo

I have zero expectations though, so don't really hold it against anyone if they don't deliver. even if they say they will. I don't believe we have a right to expect anything from anyone, despite their promise of delivery

Agreed. most of the photo thread that led to you being temp banned was deleted. I tend to save a 'printable version' via the forum 'thread tools' option before the deletion starts though.

I loathe censorship when it's not strictly necessary
 
I'd like to look at that some time. There were a couple of posts from you I think and Sam to me after I was banned that I'd like to have another look at. They just vanished.

The ones denying that Sam had said he 'felt sorry for my daughter having a mother like me'. Chinup said she got sacked for telling me hed said that.

tbh i was trying to keep my head down.. but theres no fucking way thats not getting a response. Shes intentionally seriously humiliated the woman and shes suicidal ffs. WTF?

I have no clue whether that's true or not [what sam 'said']

but if it was said in the staff forum, and it got taken out of there, then whomever repeated it from there SHOULD be sacked

when you sign up for that position, that rule is in place for a very good set of reasons imo. part of the reason I would never want to be a mod actually, because I'd never sign up and agree to that, but by accepting a mod's position, that's what you sign up for.

the only justification for ever breaking it, is in some form of whistleblowing that's relevant to the whole site and for a cause that warrants it.

the questioning of your parenting skills is not a worthy cause however, and by gossiping in such a way, it's shit stirring and of no use to anyone, especially not you. I couldnt give a rats ass what's said about me in there either. it's totally irrelevant. it obviously touched a very sensitive nerve with you though. but it served no purpose you knowing about it
