200mg is enough for many trips! if you're sure about the amount you get, i'd recommend dissolving it in something like vodka and using the liquid measurement technique. this means if you put your 200mg into 20ml of solvent, you'd have 10mg per ml, you can easily dose with an oral syringe and simply swallow it.
for the dosage, i think you do not want to go above 10mg for your first trial, especially if you're a first timer (meaning no experience with LSD or other more common psychedelics). for me, 10mg of 2c-e is only a soft trip but i tend to need more than other people to trip hard, so maybe 10mg can be quite strong for you.
I recommend to have a tripsitter around and be in a safe environment (at home or some place where it's unlikely to be disturbed).

also, do proper research on the compound and also on psychedelics in general if you haven't done it yet. knowledge is power (;
 
0.2g, aka 200mg is enough for anywhere between 10 and 40 trips ranging from very strong to very light, you could push the dosage higher if you're very experienced, or lower if you snort it, but that amount will last you a long long time as long as you space your trips out to once a month or less. Tripping more than that will just lead to shallow trips that are less fun and often take more to get anywhere deep, so it's a waste of material.
 
I can't really imagine 200mg of 4-ho-met giving you 40 "standard" trips. That'd have to be 5mg orally per dose... even insufflated, that'd be extremely weak from what anecdotal data I've gathered in this thread.

I just ordered 100mg of 2c-e, I can't wait to get it!

I've done around 40mg of 2c-i (20mg caps), took the second later on in the trip. Just made it longer.
Shit made my head hurt bad.

Does 2c-e make anyone's head hurt when you come down?

yes! i get a killer headache on the comedown / the next day from 2ce. and gassy gut cramps. 'tis a shame...

i even get a headache from 2cb, i seem to be pretty sensitive to it.
 
I tried 2c-e for the first time the night before last. This was a very useful thread for me when I was researching 2c-e. I've been taking Wellbutrin xl 300 mg daily and I didn't find very many other reports about people taking 2c-e with this med and though a brief report would be helpfull.

I hadn't taken any psychedelics in about 10 years, but in the day I had about 50+ acid trips under my belt. I decided to take 16mg of the 2c-e orally for the first time. Form what people are saying in this thread that is a strong first time dose, but I've always handled trips very well, so I had little fear of being overwhelmed.

At its strongest I say the experience was a strong ++ or a weak +++. I was honestly hoping for a more intense and challenging experience. I don't know if the lack of intensity was due to the wellbutrin, natural immunity, subjective immunity (I suspect I'm a hardhead) or a combination of all three. That said I enjoyed it a lot and think it is an outstanding chemical. I am looking forward to the next time. I would like a good strong +++ (a ++++ would also be fine) so I'm thinking of ramping up the dosage to 20mg and see what that does.

the wellbutrin possibly diminished the effects. when I was on it I found it really lowered psychedelic effectiveness. not to complete zero like prozac, but by half or so. wellbutrin is a multiple partial reuptake inhibitor of multiple neurotransmitters (prozac/paxil/other ssri are strong reuptake inhibitors of primarily serotonin). anyway it seems the reuptake inhibition mechanism in general has a negative effect on tripping for unknown reasons, which is probably why 16mg, which I concur ought to have felt fairly intense, had a subdued effect.

but I also agree with ^ that 20mg 2c-e is indeed probably better for a really strong experience, and provided one is not on antidepressants.

I appreciate this information, it seems like a very reasonable explanation.

Just today I revisited 2c-e at 20mg. It was defiantly +++. Much more intense than at 16mg... I'd say about twice. Lo-le-la-le-lo.
 
Some had been broke down into distilled water, when we checked on it there was a Clear/White mass with what appeared to be green mold on it. Is this dangerous to ingest?
The mold has been removed and the solution diluted with everclear, and put into a new container. Mass could in fact be sugar from gummy bears they we were dropping it on; left on the dropper and left in the vial since no one cleaned it off.

I was just curious if anyone knew if this would damage the rest of the contents since the mold was floating on it.
 
Molds can produce pretty nasty toxins and release them into their environment (i.e. the liquid in your vial). I have no idea which kind of mold was growing in there, neither do you, so better dispose of the solution into the sink.
Adding alcohol sadly doesn't help a bit. That kills the microbial growth but the toxins still float around in there.
Next time dissolve your chemicals in a 1:4 ethyl alcohol : water mixture (about 20 % EtOH), that prevents mold growth in the first place :)
 
I Need 2-CE Advice!

I have obtained one 20 mg capsule of (what I am told is) 95% pure 2-CE from a good friend of mine. I have done a lot of research on doses, effects, effect of body weight etc, but I still have questions and I would like answers from people with firsthand experiece: which route of administration gives the best overall experience (snorting, swallowing)? Does body weight affect the trip? And if so, how much (and which route of administration) should I take the dose?
Additional info: I have no experience with 2c-x chems, however i do with a lot of experience with other psychedelics (shrooms, lsd, ketamine), and I am aware that insufflated 2-CE will burn, but I'm not worried about that. I just want to know which RoA would bring on the best experience

Have you taken 2C-x series chemicals before? That's a bit on the high side for a first time assuming it is in fact 2C-E. It will burn if you snort it, so be prepared for that. I would say the best first time roa is going to be oral.

Snort it if you want a quick onset, and snorting it will increase the effects a substantial amount as well. I'd still say eat it.

id consume it orally, imo to me the 2ce experience orally is more profound, the visuals last alot longer and get more intense, its more safe/cleaner that way imo aswel. everytime i have snorted it i got a terrible headache worse than when i get when orally consumed and it never came close to the orally route in terms of mentally and visually, always felt more umcomfortable aswel.

sublingually works well aswel ime.
