well, I read the other days in a sports mag that KD hired someone to follow Lebron; tell him all Lebron's stats, Lebron's practice, dinner, workout, etc. I thought it sounded crazy too but I guess going way back Bird did the same to Magic, etc. Just like those who go watch the college kids ball they have those out there who follow other rock-stars and report what they do, how to stay ahead of the game, etc. KD was open and said he was chasing Lebron and thats why he hired this dude.
 
KD will never be as good as Lebron, he doesn't have the strength to power into the lane and his outside shot will fail him deep into May/June when guys aren't afraid to put the wood to an opponent.
He doesn't have a reliable way to score without that 17 ft 3 pointer. His only chance is for Westbrook to stay healthy, but he just had a 3rd knee procedure in the last year for 'swelling' and previously unknown intra-articular damage.
 
I agree there, man. Lebron is a straight power-house. plus, he runs the offense better. truly a point forward.

crazy for westbrook, tho. I wish nothing but the best cuz he's great as is and still VERY YOUNG.
 
I dont think you could say durant is better than lebron by default right now but he is a better scorer IMO he just goes about it slightly different.
 
I honestly think Lebron can put up more than he does but choses to play the game a different way. from what see from KD is a bit different; although, he has been playing much more Lebronish as of late (pts/rbs/ast).

Even announcers say it and others knows they Lebron can put up more if he chooses but plays true TEAM ball; much like KD does as well.

This is an amazing post to me. Just last year I was constantly ranting about how most of the NBA publicity (commercials etc.) involved Durant, and how almost none of it involved Lebron. It seemed at the time like Lebron was relegated to trivial ads, like this one:

Back then, and even up to last April, Colin Cowherd talked about how he had solid info that Lebron was on his way to the Lakers because he only had one commercial in Miami. He was still radioactive after committing multiple crimes against humanity (namely, making an ESPN special and donating millions of dollars to kids).

It seems the pendulum has swung the other way now.
 
I think that where I live (Ohio) I can't even really comment unbiasedly on LeBron's advertisement persona. we've ALWAYS been hit hard with LBJ ads here

LBJ has caught on a lot; esp. him w/ Dre now, Samsung phones, other shit. if you are watching NBA TV or any NBA action it's constant Lebron; even his new Samsung commercial w/ the comedian and him driving the golf cart is like 5 minutes long. cool commercial, tho. there was one before that w/ his whole family involved.

I heard it was LBJ NOT WANTING the publicity until he came out on top and had rings; he had no times for "games", or so they say. since he won his first RING he's been more open to the public, letting others looks in, doing more work outside the game, etc.
 
yeah he only had a shoe contract before he could even vote but he doesnt endorse much...

I do think it is scum how that last girl got knocked up and supposedly they all knew throughout and Gabby was cool w/ it? Why? I dont get it. Dude, all these guys are smashing the cheerleaders and whoever else; so I dont hate, but come on, dude.. really? you spit out that baby at the same time of the engagement? ha.

I'm not gonna jump on the Wade-hating bandwagon, but the timing is pretty ironic.

76ers were up by 12 points against the nuggets at halftime and then this amazing spread popped up for the 2nd half

76ers +9 2nd half

Lol I jumped on that shit so quick and put like 50% of my bankroll on it
76ers are winning the second half by 3 points with 5:24 left in the fourth quarter

Definitely the easiest money I have ever made
 
Also the Toronto Raptors and Phoenix Suns are the most underrated teams in the league

Toronto is definitely legit
Terrence Ross and Jonas Valanciunas are going to be really good players in a couple of years

Valanciunas is beast down low for only being rookie. He was matching up with Hibbert pretty well tonight
 
I like the Raptors; I think they did the right thing by getting rid of Gay.

Same goes for Suns; they are underrated but yet are playoff bound in West Division which is tough if you took a look at half the teams out there. In the East ANYONE could make the playoffs, ha. even teams like Brooklyn and the Knicks are still in it, somehow. they should be FAR GONE by now!
 
Did really good with my bets tonight. I only planned on playing $20 tonight but I just kept winning, and I couldn't turn down some of the great spreads that came up

Definitely looking at the Knicks/Rockets game tomorrow

Rockets are an 11 point favorite and I think New York can cover that easily. Especially since San Antonio was a 12.5 point favorite tonight and the Knicks won

haha oh yeah and I had a 5 game parlay of all underdogs and I won 4/5 of them. If it wasnt for the bucks I would have won huuuuuuge

I had Nets, Knicks, Grizzlies, Bucks, and 76ers all winning

lol I seriously couldn't believe it almost happend. If it wasn;t for the godamn bucks horrible offense i'd be on my way to the bank

bucks had no shot; so at least it wasnt a close game and making you miss just by a bit; they were basically gone all game.

I have NBA Package and I legit flip between EVERY GAME ALL NIGHT LONG! of course, I smoke some weed and just relax every game.
