complaining:
protecting your irrational demand/idea, refusing to measure alternatives, actively demanding attention from non-believers in an attempt of persuasion, the non-believers explain why your idea can not work, you understand , yet refuse to accept and go at lengths to defend your awful idea

people misuse it so often
just cause you have a strong opinion and you're interested in sharing it does not make you a complainer, also accurately providing and executing efficent instructions while aiding someone in their completion of a task, the person may disagree, and be fully unaware of his ignorance and still believes his incorrect and time consuming excecution is superior, correcting and explaining your proven soution, does not make you a complainer, you're educating and just trying to help

it's -30 degrees out during a hike in north vancouver, ryan,just looking for conversation,announces he's cold,phil says,' stop complaining' even though ryan's correct, it's fucking windy and COLD, it was evident ryan was experiencing extreme discomfort, yet continued to maintain reasonable behavior, and assigned zero blame/guilt(i.e. didn't snap at phil for 'dragging him out here',did not announce how this is the worst time he's ever had,did not speak his mind and call phil a selfish fuck for not giving ryan his extra pair of warm gloves)
ryan was correct on all terms, phil attempting to silence ryan's honest feelings/observations was insulting and essentially complaining -instead of letting ryan know he felt the same way,phil went on the defensive and disrespectfully commanded ryan to shut up,handling the sub zero conditions was too difficult to accept for phil, he refused to hold himself accountable in any way , considering prior to the event ryan expressed his concerns 3 times, he was not interested and justified for not having any interest attending super freeze fun trail
moral of the story:
THE 1ST PERSON is NOT complaining, he's got a lot of shit to say, he respects the publication he works for, but feels some practices are outdated and preventing the publication from reaching it's full potential and the new guy is passionate and understands that with his work ethic it can be expected that revenue will increase every single quarter
person one: experianced journalist interviewing for position with new corporation
person two - tenured journalist of 25 years, editor in chief
person one - he's someone who's constantly drafting up new ideas and concepts and is so enthusiastic and optimistic,his ego is huge, he's single handedly responsible from saving the bluelight nightly tribune from contraction, he is prepared to decline the $90k salary position if his original and inspirational models for success are not implemented and treated with the respect he demands within the first 90 days of his tenure , he feels past experiences working with fox sports radio has challenged him in ways many men are not ever presented the demanding opportunities, to end the interview his vision of encouraging everyone on staff to utilize their creative freedom and divulge into politcally incorrect presentation and material
problem is? person 2 has made it clear things will continue to operate under the exact values implemented by his deceased father over 50 years ago during the organization's first meeting @ the historic hotel in downtown bleulight, his journalists will be required to perform under an considerably unfair and demanding system, 60 hork weeks, travel, no time off for holidays,and one rule stressed in depth pertains to violators who arive tardy, even just 2 mins late, unexcused,no warnings your first offense will result in automatic and immediate termination
although creative freedom is common in journalism, not here, the material written in columns is expected to closely mirror the editor's overall message
the guy was not hired, he is excellent at his job, tried to sell his unmatchable determination and one-in-a-kind style....
point is, his reason for not getting hired had nothing to do with complaining, there are some traditions you just don't stick your nose in
