I don't want to make a new thread just for this and I figured I would post this here in the heroin thread since it involves dope anyway. I am planning on taking a break or cutting down a lot so I got a few of these 8mg Suboxone strips. The ones you put under your tongue. I took Suboxone like once a few years ago and I was an idiot and took it like 10 hours after doing dope and went into precipitated withdrawals. I am wondering whats the best way to use these and the best time frame. I am probably just going to wait like 36-48 hours if I can make it before I even touch one. Can you cut the strips up like in half? I want to start off with 4mg, not 8mg. Like I said, I have like 0 experience with Suboxone, let alone these strips. Plenty of experience with methadone though, but this is what I got and I hear its much better if you are looking to detox and at least attempt to get clean for a bit. When I take methadone, I usually catch a buzz along with it helping me stay well. What kind of effects am I looking at with taking Subs to detox and keep well? I don't care if I get high or not, but I am looking to be 100% well. The hardest part with me being sick is the lack of motivation and energy. I have my habit down right now so I miss most of the major physical symptoms. I am just looking to not be so lethargic, unmotivated, depressed and more importantly.. able to sleep normally. Can I expect that with Suboxone? Any and all help with Subs, especially the strips is much appreciated. I am planning on using them for a few days and taper down quick. I can pretty much make it 3 days without dope before I can't stand it anymore. I have 2 months clean off methadone and tapered my daily use down a lot. I don't even use every day at the moment. But I need to clear my system and my head.. and I am hoping some Suboxone can help me make that jump. Cause cold turkey isn't cutting it right now. Especially going to work.

I use a scissor to cut the strips, and it works just fine. Its one of those cooking scissors that comes with the knife set from those infomercials or whatever, but I used other scissors and it worked fine too. I wait a minimum of 18 hours if I haven't been using that often, but usually it's 36 hours or so. I sniff dope, and eat oxycodone if it's around, just to give you an idea of my use.

If you can make it 36 hours, then that's your best bet. Whenever I have only waited 18 hours, the induction wasn't that good, and it felt like there may have still be a bit of dope on my receptors that was slowly replaced by the bupe, but not exactly precipitated withdrawals. You don't feel better if you take it before you are sick, but instead you just don't get sick (until of course the bupe is out of your system). When I wait close to two days which is how long it takes before I begin to feel withdrawals, the suboxone works really well. Like I actually get a lift in mood, crave cigarettes more, more energy, etc....

I find subs to mess with my sleeping a little, so I find them best to take early in the day. Buprenorphine is derived from thebaine, so its up there as one of the more energetic opiates like oxycodone which is also derived from thebaine.

As for ROA, I take them under the tongue. Some people make a solution out of the strips and drip it into their nostrils, but I don't bother with it. You can increase the sublingual BA by putting some high proof alcohol under your tongue, keep it there for like 20-30 seconds, and then spit it out before putting the suboxone strip there.

I usually start with 2mg, and that holds me just fine. It takes an average of 200 minutes to peak (source), so give it some time before redosing. Even though the average time for reaching peak plasma concentration is 200 minutes, you should feel the peak of the effects by 2 hours after dosing, so that's how long you should wait before deciding if you need to add another mg or two.

After dosing for two days in a row I usually alternate days since the long half-life causes it to build up so you don't need to take it as much or as often.

I am doing as the stamps says. Looks like the dope gods were listening to me bitching in my other post before, and blessed me with some fire. Apparently my connect was as fed up with the recent bags as I was, so he returned to his Brooklyn connect and paid off his debt to start over.

This dope smells so strong I knew it was gonna be good. Dude has G6 too, but my boy told me this is better right now. I was so happy when he told me he had good shit. He's honest and has always told me if the stuff wasn't that good, or was just decent, or if it was fire.
 
So my guy took the trip out to NY today to re-up and he came back with some new bags. He was on his way back from NY when we called him, and he told us that he'd be home in 30 minutes. Sure enough and 45 minutes later, he was actually home. (He was fifteen minutes late, but in dealer time that's actually pretty good.)

These new bags are much fatter than the ones he had before, and the dope is really, really good. It's not what I would consider to be absolute fire, but it's better than average, better than decent, and better than the junk he was getting a few months ago. So, hell, I'm happy!

We blew six bags, and we're saving the other four until tomorrow...
 
tommy ur a pretty smart dude because i do the same thing with the suboxone strips but to tell u the truth i cant take them anymore because the taste is just horrible, last time i tried one i threw up so hard because the taste was that like a xanax mixed wit flat orange pop but they do work im just one to grab a few 1000 mg watsons (vics) and taper wit those and klonopins or xanax wont even feel a WD in other news chitown got some flame shit goin around gold skulls and supermans r a toss up. but for all u chitown folk go for the supermans. they a tad bit smaller but way more potent noddn drooling my ass off of 2 and a half bags. be safe yall and dont get caught slippin i did now i no longer have my gt bike but better than being shot or stabbed because they were packin something.
 
damn why is it so hard for me to take god damn subs??? i have been trying to the past few days. i have them and all but once i start to go into some type of withdrawal i cave and call my dboy... i mean its like i am scared of the subs.. they worked for me once before but i had to take them cuz i was out of town... but i do need a break. i do not know what to do. haven't used since last night around 9. feeling it a little but want to call up dboy after work instead of taking subs... @alteknj yeah i think i would cut the strip and try that at first.... at least that is what i planned on doing?
 
been one week since Ive taken any opiates. getting a bundle on friday though so i guess im making up for lost time

Well, I think i can solve the mystery here bro.. You'd rather get high than take subs and then have to wait for the subs to wear off to get high again so you don't waste it. Its not that hard to just admit that to yourself. Durrr.

Copped 2 jabs today, gave my buddy a few and im noddin with like 19 or 20 left. I tried an old connect the day before yesterday and got a jab of some decent shit, but went back to my new regular guy today and got 2 jabs and the shit is fire. So yeah, I think I'm gonna quit giving my other dope connects any chances and sticking with this semi-new fire connect. No point in taking chances anymorecause the shit never turns out to be fire.

And Chinky, you're definitely right man - I should take a break. I just had a ton of extra cash cause I won a bunch at the casino (been there 3 times & i've been a winner everytime.. go me.) so I've been blowing a fuckiing LOT of dope lately. Thanks for doing the math btw, really helped me feel better about the siutation.. lol just playin. As far as the dude we used to cop off of though, his shit has been weak for like 2-3 weeks now. Just bullshit. I'm pretty sure he knows it too man, I told him plenty of times. (after wasting like $2-300 with him) So yeah, as of now I've given up on them.

Gonna try and just maintain for at least 4 days and just do like 2-3 bags a day, maybe less. High tolerances aren't good for anyone but the dealer.

The other day I was taking the train home and saw a dude I knew from that detox I went to at the end of december. He stayed clean for a month after he got out of the detox + rehab, but now he's back at it. He said he actually had the same connect I have (the new one that has been fire lately) but he robbed him so he can't cop from him anymore. But he's been copping from a crew at a certain spot (has numbers for them any everything)and they've been serving straight fire for 6 months straight. I plan on having him introduce me to one of 'em and to get some straight raw. That'll be good to have a few more phone connects that have straight fire because if this new guy i have been going to starts to fall off, which I don't think he will, then I'll have a few good backups/maybe even get a new main connect if the dope and price is right.

For now though, gonna go nod. Anybody else joining me on this rainy monday?
 
don't know if that is really it. the part about yes i want to get high and but want to feel normal is true... i know / heard subs help you get off dope and i am trying but yep i am like you and like do a jab a day but i shoot... yeah my guys bags have been a little short lately...
 
I'm still a bit high from last night. I'm not bothering with anybody but this one dealer. It's like most dealers are on par with each other, and then this one dude is in the exclusive group that has that straight fire. There's other dealers like him, but they are more of the old school crews as opposed to the new money hungry crews. Swain knows what I'm saying. The dudes putting out the same stamp for months on end are usually the best ones. The dude still has G6 which has been around since October, and the Nod to This stamp has been around for 2 months at least. Most other people sell blue or white blanks, and I've also seen some with some red or blue horizontal striped on the white bags, but are rarely as good, the dope changes pretty often in them, and the bags are more narrow than the wide ones that are fire.

I sniffed 3 bags last night and was high until 5 this morning, and I still feel some of its effects now. The bags were about the same size as the ones I've been getting, but the dope was so strong. The G6 bags from this same guy are fatter, but honestly I think it's just more cut, so both stamps are fire but one has more cut and is fatter, and the other one is just less cut and smaller. If I had to guess, I'd say that the bags weighed about .04, so basically a little over a point had me straight fucked up all night. I was scratching like I haven't scratch in a while, and killed a pack of cigarettes like it was nothing. I cleaned my whole kitchen too so I didn't have to talk to anyone in my family while in that state.

Maybe getting the shitty bags over the last month helped drop my tolerance, but I don't know. I'm not sure if doing shitty bags 5 days a week will lower your tolerance more than doing fire 2-3 days a week, but either way I'm not wasting my money on anything other than stuff from the G6 connect. It's probably a good thing that I can only really cop from him on the weekends, but the crazy thing is that his dope is cheaper, fatter, and better than the rest. You usually have to pay more for the consistent fire, but not with this dude. I was almost laughing yesterday because he was telling me that since I was only getting 3 bags he had to charge X amount for his travels and what not, yet the price he named was what I normally pay for the bullshit I've been getting.
 
so I called my main dude and asked of the new batch was in yet and he said not til tomorrow or weds..so I told him I can't spend no more money on that shot and let me know when the new shit is in..he seemed ok with me goin somewhere else which o thought was kinds odd, I figured he would have atleast offered an extra bag or 2 but he just said ill be the first one he calls when its in.

So I Got some bags from the markham area and its alrite..my buddy was at court out there a couple weeks ago and heard this dudes charges and it was for possession of dope..so he hollered at dude as he was walkin out..showed somee trackmarks and the dude gave him his number..the bags came in foils and are ok..but the best part is the commute there..I live right off of 294 and was able to make it out to markham and meet up with dude and be back home in 45min..
 
my bro paid me back 30 bucks how owed me today. Gave in and got a bag and a sack of nice bud.

My girlfriend needs to learn to listen to me from now on whenever I tell her that she's the one who needs to call and ask our dealer for a front. She hates doing it, and I don't blame her, but he never says no to her... and today, he sounded almost happy to do it.

We'll have the money in a couple of days, but of course that doesn't help us now. She wanted me to call him, but I've called him once before and he told me no and gave me some ridiculous reason for why he couldn't do it.

It's probably not the most respectable thing, nearly pimping out my girlfriend lol... but hey, she doesn't have to have sex with him, kiss him, hug him or even hold his hand. She's just the one who needs to make the phone call because he's the type of guy who likes making girls happy, and he's a real softy with his female customers...

I heard the phone conversation go down and it was almost funny: "So, I was wondering if we could get a front until Thursday or Friday?" "Yeah, of course! Come on through..."

He gave us a bundle, and then he gave us five extra bags for giving his friend a ride. Not a bad day so far lol
 
yeah girls always have a better chance of convincing a dealer to do them a favor. Unless if she's ugly as sin, then it probably wouldnt make a difference.
 
in my experience its always the girls especially the ones far gone (like younger girls who are hardcore addicts) that abuse that fronting thing. I used to get fronted from one guy but I dealt with him for years and I did him A LOT of favors and vice versa. So if I needed a bundle or brick fronted, he would. Sometimes he would just throw me a free bundle or two for nothing. But I met this chick who ended up knowing the same dealers as me and she abused the shit out of it. Getting fronts from multiple people, etc. I have asked and depending on how well I know them can get credit. But usually girls have it much easier. Also I found out girls have a lot easier in the more hardcore open air markets. At least in NJ. When I first started doing dope and copping on the street, I'd send my girlfriend. She always got good deals and they treated her 100% right. I have been fucked with a few times. Eventually, we'd go in together and never had problems. We used to cop at 2-3am in the projects.. actually had to go in and go up the towers because all the dealers were inside.. but always got served with her. A few times I was shorted when I went with my male friends.
