Truely fucked up...10 years...
I'm hoping the school zone had something to do with the absolutely bogus sentence. I know at least half a dozen people who have spent less than a year in prison for possession/distribution of 7g-15g of crystal meth so 10 years for LSD is absolutely fucking absurd IMO. I guess I need to be careful this summer when the Sunshine comes through..... Still baffled and very agitated that LSD and methamp. have even remotely similar consequences...abrad84 said:Anthony Versace, 19, could have faced as much as 20 years in prison on the distribution offense, which involved more than 100 milligrams of LSD and was committed in a school zone.

They keep putting people away in jail, who are dealing something that can potentially be used safely. But instead they ruin some young kids lives, which I agree, probably aren't living the best of lives since they're dealing drugs, but they're not on the street. This shit pisses me off.
