Not true at all, Deca is a 19-nor, therefore a progestin, and Boldernone is a Testosterone... With Deca there should be size and strength gains, but more of a puffed up bloated look, as opposed to Boldernone which some believe takes a while to kick-in due to its longer acting ester.. But when you compare both esters, its only about a day..So bugger-all..!!!
With Boldernone you don't quickly blow-up, which can get some people frustrated, the the steady gains you do get are lean and muscular with increased vascularity, you can think nothing's happening, but it kind of sneaks up on you, at about week 8 (for me) gains become apparent..!!
The gains you do acquire with Boldernone you seem more likely to retain post-cycle....

Have used Test/Deca for 12 years, and Boldernone/Test for the last 4.. I prefer the hard vascular look of Boldernone, rather than the extra size, but puffed-up look of Deca..

If cruising, forget what I said about cutting the Deca back a week before Test... just go on cruise.. with some estrogen management!!
I mean that they are similar in a bulking sort of way, but I guess there's a fair difference in that respect as well. I wouldn't run them both together is what I'm getting at.

Doesn't deca take about 8 weeks to kick in too?
 
Personally I like running the two together. They don't have like a killer synergy but they do complement each other pretty well, and for me with a moderate dose of EQ a low dose of Deca, and a moderate dose of Test, I always see solid gains of nice high quality muscle. But yeah they have a similar time frame for you to start seeing muscle gains; but the lower your body fat % the faster you will see some of these changes, especially with Eq the vascularity is noticeable quickly if under 10%. but I digress Guido with my above cycle how would you go about adding in the 1 test Cyp and at what dosage?
 
I feel for ya Nolys brother, I am a serious insomniac myself and only through hard work have an managed to get my " sleep hygiene" in good order but still 6hrs is frankly a good solid chunk for me and getting more is rare, and some times more difficult. I hope you don't mind me asking but what do you do to help you sleep brother?
 
I can sleep for hours... Its getting to sleep is the problem if I have work at 9 ill not sleep until 4 in the morning...
I smoke a joint every night before bed, eat a lot of food then when the weed is just about to start wearing off I find it a lot easier to get to sleep, what about yourself neo?
 
I have the same problem. I can sleep for 10 hours, but getting started is the difficulty. I keep some melatonin on hand in case I have ti work early. Rubbing one out seems to help too.
 
Issue is falling asleep. Largely due to years of operating with strange schedules, not to mention working now as a chef i dont get home until midnight easy . Melatonin, meditation helps but yeah falling asleep is the pain in the ass. But for me i have been getting up at 430am since high school so i pop awake at 430 come hell or high water. Trust me when u get to bed at 3am and wake 90- mins later it blows. I am real hesitant to use any thing to help sleep but it is going to come down to it again ( Trazadone helps i only take it when the insomnia gets bad ie when the woman relegates me to the couch for more then a week ^-^) I should try smoking to be honest but i get so freaking stupid when i do, and hungry to boot but I digress my girl swears by it her self i should just nut up and give it a whirl sure as shit is not that bad for you as the meds drs hand out for sleep.
 
Yeah benzos are drugs from hell when it comes to chronic insomnia. You'll either have to take them for the rest of your life or go through WDs when you stop, so no sleep for days or even weeks.

When I was younger, I was real bad about taking benadryl ans whiskey to help me sleep. It sucks to become dependent on chemicals for sleep.

I came up with the idea of taking different supps and drugs in a rotation to help people with severe sleep problems.

Day 1 Kava
Day 2 Melatonin
Day 3 Valerian root


This way, you won't be able to adapt to a specific chemical. I haven't done the research into the chemical pathways of these drugs, so I don't know if it will actually work. That is if they actually differ from each other.

My experience with weed is that it will actually keep me up with racing thoughts. Fuck that.
 
I like the theory of rotation...
In regards to weed, that's when I said “when it starts to wear off”. I smoke 30-45 mins before bed, when it starts to wear off I get really sleepy.
 
never tried the kava but the Valerian root works but not real well. I should say that the hand full of times I have smoked i get straight dumb and fall the fuck asleep... but only after about 1 1/2 of me being like uber dumb. So I am with Nolys on that that like after it begins to wear i get super sleepy, so I may have to give the kava a shot and see if the hash i have at my disposal works. Animal mother the way pot makes you have the racing thoughts booze dose that to me i get real energetic when drunk, Im talking cod shit to strangers at an Olympic level almost as bad as if i was rolling... not quite that bad there is no shit eating grin but same streak of bull shit. ^-^

Could have been like popping a knuckle just with your vertebrae. My sternum cracks sometimes when I stretch my chest.
