I grabbed a pack after having to push my car out of the parking garage to get it towed, couldn't believe how a pack over a few days affected me so much at the gym.

Can any of you guys link me to an article about drawing up a good split? what I'm going now just isn't doing it for me.
 
I dont know how much is the stopping of smoking and how much is the lgd-4033 but my lifts and endurance jumped hugely. Today was chest and tris day, bench was 225x5 for 5 sets with ease. Mind you I weigh 150lbs.
 
Free weight? That's pretty good!
yeah. Barbells are my friend. Today hit 235x5 for 3 sets. Gonna train at this weight for a week or so. Dont wanna overdo it like young nolys :P (forreal I learned a lot from your injury logs and I appreciate them greatly).
 
A proper free weight bench of 235x5 at 150 is quite good (not olympic lvl good but good). Certainly better than the kids you see doing a team bench/row while not even coming all the way down.

Ok so a week ago I ordered a 500lbs set of Olympic weights ( rubber coated with 4 grips and a built in metal sleeve helps in keeping the plates on and taking them off an Olympic bar )the set comes with a 7‘ chrome bar (45lbs). Well long story short the UPS people arrive today; guy knocks on my door has me sign then tells me politely he is not taking the package off the truck. Ok so no issue I grab my gloves and a knife, cut the packaging off stack the weights next to the pallet, put the pallet on the ground and then load the weighs onto it. The whole time this prick is watching me saying “ Hurry up I don’t have all day to make your delivery.” Well ok granted, shits off the truck be on your way UPS asshole, but no he has the balls to ask for a tip for and I quote “ The Trouble of holding my day up with your ridiculous order .” I said sure you want a tip, get the fuck off my property before I jam this barbell up your ass. . . Needless to say he was not happy, and preceded to leave a deep set of tire marks on my lawn, I have just finished getting off the phone with UPS; and can say at least their customer service consists of professional people. I related my story, and sent the manager pics directly to his cell phone ( by the way getting a manger was %^&*^$*! entirely to hard ) but once the manager was on the phone pics where sent including the pictures of my package sans wrapping on my lawn 10 feet from the trenches of tire marks. . . Now I have no idea if the manager is going to take action but I have news for this dick UPS guy, I have a few more orders from the home gym supplier I am using. Specifically a large smith machine and a set of dumbbells ( 45-85lbs) So by the end of this month either I am going to have a nice new home gym or a dead UPS delivery driver in my newly renovated shed area.
 
seriously man.And It sucks because we had another UPS guy that was responsible for our area prior ( i order a ton of shit on line) and he was a cool dude, hell even my mail man is a nice guy and he deals with a lot of packages for me as well but this guy what an ass clown. But yeah I am hoping that the gym turns out well I am spending a huge chunk of cash on it, because frankly I can set it up for just what I want and not have to wait for shit my lifting mates are all super close friends and we all work the same weird ass schedule ( we all work at various kitchens in Philly as Chefs so our schedule is just fucking retarded) So I dont need the social club aspect of the gym, and the gyms that are open 24hrs never have the proper equipment at least for me I need less machines and more free weights. But I digress I am rambling, when i shoudl be playign with my new heavy objects lol. . .

I wish I could. I wake up at 6 and stay at school from 6:30 to 3 pm. Too busy to do anything other than eat workout and study if I feel like it.
 
Ok so I am a bit ahead of schedule for my goals I wanted to hit prior to my scheduled January blast. I hit my target cut weight ( 230lbs) and drooped to 9% body fat finally broke the double digit wall of 10%!. All the running is paying off, and the hard dieting. So I plan on keeping the diet and training regimen in place until new years day January 1st ( planned start of my Blast). This will give me a bit of a cushion for the bulk; allowing me to do a more controlled lean bulk cycle. So I am stoked about things first time since my knee surgeries that i have been in this kind of shape and frankly I am back to the shape i was when still in the service ( granted more muscle weight). This winters blast will be from January 1st to April 30st and will be the following:
Weeks 1-16
500mg/ week Test E
400mg/week Deca
600mg/week EQ
25mg/day Proviron
.25mg/EOD Adex
.25mg/ Monday & Friday Caber ( this is used because I am prone to progesterone/prolactin sides )

weeks 1-6
60mg/ a day Oral Turinabol spaced evenly through out the day
weeks 11-16
60mg/ a day Oral Turinabol
Weeks 13-16
20mg/day Superdrol

I will have HCG,Nolva and Clomid on hand incase I have to come off due to an emergency; but I do blast and cruise so; I do not have a PCT planned.
I may be looking to add some thing along the lines of 1-Test Cyp in during the last 6-8 weeks but I have not decided on this as of yet. I figure if i keep the diet and training up and continue the loss of BF% that a year out from the 2015 cycle I will be in perfect position for my summit attempt of Denali in 2015. So yeah long term plan but I am already hitting and beating my own goals ^-^
