Drug Purity Report #41/26
Welcome to “last week on drugs”, the series by PRO Test that brings you fresh drug purity news from the clandestine market. PMMA, one of extremely dangerous MDMA (Ecstasy, Molly) adulterants continues to be found in European pills, among cathinones and even at least one piperazine. Synthetic cannabinoids market diversity is expanding as well, with ADB-HEXINACA making the first public appearance in available data.
Available lab results originate mostly in Western Europe, but the detected patterns are likely to have a much wider reach.
Data fatigue is real, so here we come to give you the gist of what’s going on out there. For more details, photos, and other information on thousands of drugs, head out straight to the

Expected MDMA. Detected MDMA, 4-MMC, 3-CMC, amphetamine and ketamine. Tekashi69 / 6ix9ine pill. Location: Netherlands. Date: 2026-10-05. Source: Trimbos.
1. PMMA, one of most dangerous MDMA adulterants, is still around. Recently confirmed again in pills with logos Trump, Club 555 and Gorilla in Austria, Belgium and Netherlands, PMMA remains a Europe-wide issue. Not only is this compound unlikely to cause any desirable effects, it might confuse the user into ingesting more, amplifying the significant risk of overdose, specifically serotonin syndrome. While less dangerous than closely related PMA, PMMA is enough of a concern for UNODC to issue an alert, and it is also being found deliberately mixed with MDMA, making detection harder. Other pills have been found with random mixes of cathinones (Takeshi69) and even a piperazine mCPP (007 print).
2. New synthetic cannabinoid makes an appearance – ADB-HEXINACA. Another strong cannabinoid receptor agonist joins the ranks of the plethora of synthetics sprayed onto cheap CBD flowers. With hemp being nowadays hard to visually tell apart from regular recreational cannabis flowers, the incentive to adulterate remains high for dishonest dealers. Both fully synthetics, like HEXINACA, PINACA and CHMINACA class compounds, as well as semi-synthetics like HHC, HHCP and d8-THC, continue to be confirmed in multiple countries. The stronger synthetics, like HEXINACA, pose significant risks for cannabinoids, including acute kidney injury with prolonged use.
