im not trying to be nitpicky, but micro tears in muscle create scar tissue? i thought the basic principle of anabolism was you tear the muscle a lil bit, and it grows back stronger - so if there's scar tissue, wouldn't muscles automatically be full of scar tissue no matter what you did, since they had to be torn to grow there in the 1st place?
(and do you mean keep the benefits after you stop your routine? or stay stretched/flexible after you leave the gym?)
Its my own work and I understand it!
You need to compile your own research and have time spent identifying "conditions" and what "remedy" will "fix" the "ailiment" to BE Confiedent.
Your right, my mistake was replacing the accepted terms to describe the muscle tissue/collogen/hard non flexible chicken skin that forms when you stretch a joint beyond its limit and the body repairs itself, leaving you with a condition called ( need source ).
google it! how to get rid of scar tissue from overstretching a muscle.
But, my real point was to bring attention to how you can ease yourself out from doing alot of yoga to no yoga and not have something bad happen to you.
