i'm breaking a promise i made to myself and have lost a piece of code i wrote not long ago. why can't i just name files in an obvious way and put them in proper folders? wont be too hard to rewrite and might make my months + of coding which has so far been another total waste of time not a waste of time. how long can chinup keep her chin up for?
just need my appointment to have been and gone.

^ chin, sorry if this is stupidly obvious, but can't you do a find by date modified? This was often the only way I could find bits of work until I started using a sensible filing system (yawn) and stopped calling files things like 'fuckchops2final_amends_v6_better_3b'

Morning peeps, I failed today, didn't show up for work as I was crashing from my 4-FA session and overslept by 2 and a half hours. I thought it was better this time to phone in sick rather than turn up that late.
Can't decide whether I should phone in sick tomorrow to make it more believable, would give me a chance to leave this place earlier too, although that would mess up my lunch date with 1024 and bnb on Wednesday. I think i will just try and eat as much as possible and recover and get back tomorrow, too many sick days are bad.

for the offer, but this thing takes such an oscure supply that I can't even find one on ebay. So I'm going to march into the shop, ask how they could sell me something without a power supply in the first place, and then if they don't have one I'll question how they ever tested it (which they have to). I'll probably end up exchanging it for something that takes a more conventional supply which I could easily source from friends / work / wherever.
But the speed and diaz I plan to bosh before my mission will ensure that I leave without something.

lol at your filename. i have a load with the prefix working, which don't work. i only get motivated to organise my computer when i'm really stoned which means i do things like delete entire spreadsheets i need. its too fiddly to backup my computer to one of the work servers from home when i'm that stoned. need to learn to do boring shit without being stoned.

I like the name mugabe, but have been wanting it changed for a couple of years, just never had the chance until now, and now I can change it I don't know if I want to, in years to come people won't remember that I am the same person as the once great and allmighty mugabe 8)

I like Mugabe, more distinct and so more recognizable - important too since your a moderator. But I'm sure if you changed it it wouldn't take long for people to grasp it, I tend to go by avatars too anyway.
