Phenethylamines [2C-E Subthread] 2C-E Dosage and Methods of Administration

Is it pretty much a fact that sublingual has that long of a come up? It's a bit long, but I don't really mind, although my friends will probably get impatient.

I'm planning on adding Benadryl to the mix because I heard it lessens the body load. Definitely trying to avoid feeling uncomfortable and nauseous and everything like that.

The only other drug I'm likely to combo it with is weed, which will probably happen whether I want to or not.
 
^ I don't have good advice for you on Benadryl. But if you sublingual there should be no nausea.

Body load can be uncomfortable, it can get a bit jittery. This is why I generally combo with low doses of dxm or mdma or mephedrone.

You will start feeling it at around 45 minute mark (a subtle non-sober feeling) but it doesn't really kick in til 90 min mark and the come up takes a good 20 mins so thats why I say give it two hours. A problem people have is that they barely feel it at 45 min mark and think they took too low a dose so they redose and end up overshooting it, when in fact the come up takes a long time unless you snort it.

If you like the Benadryl please report back and let us know, I am curious about that.

Hi,

Does the oral dosing schedule also apply to sublingual/buccal? That is, if I want to aim for a 10mg oral dose and don't have any capsules, can i just put 10mg in my mouth, or should I dose a little bit less?
 
don't add DPH (benadryl) to the mix. it adds even more muscle twitches. if you get body load, you get body load. a little bit of weed and booze goes a long way on 2ce

IME it seems appx. 20% stronger, so i'd sublingual 8mg.

how exactly do you dose it sublingually? straight powder underneath your tongue? do you use any water or anything? doesn't it burn like fuck?! :)

i've only ever dosed by drinking it in some juice / water
 
i just dab my finger in it and touch it to the bottom of my tongue. Tastes really gross but sure beats puking or nasal burn. seriously, sublingual is the way to go.

Just let it absorb in your mouth, then eat some gum or candy or something.
 
I read somewhere that threshold dose for this is 6mg. I've been trying to try to find the threshold dose on my own (for interesting 10hr highway work days). Have tried 8mg, 6 mg, 5mg, 4!mg, they all seem very active to me.

To tell the truth I found no subjective differences in effects from 8mg to 4mg.

^ well it certainly can be used as a stimulant...although I'm not sure that it is the best choice for that purpose, and probably shouldn't be used daily, but kudos if it works for you. I have found it active at 2mg, although I only got body load and felt completely sober mentally. The dose/response seems to go up rapidly from about 8mg on up, although I did have an incredibly strong trip at 6mg when comboed with mdma and piracetam.
 
When I performed a 1mg allergy / bromo test on a new batch a couple weeks ago, I could have sworn I felt a slight PEA headache and an alert. Now there is no way for me to say that wasn't placebo, but I dosed sublingually and to me that PEA "headache" is very distinct, so I'm willing to believe people who claim threshhold effects at 4-5mg.
 
So in a few weeks, I'll be sharing my 2C-E with friends. It's going to be their first time using it, and most of them have limited experience with psychedelics. They're trusting me to give them a good enough dose to fuck them up nicely, and they will all most likely be taking it orally. My question is, how much should I give each of them, based on their weight? There will be people ranging from probably around 120-220 lbs.

tldr; How much 2C-E should someone light (120-150), medium (151-190), or larger (190-220) take? All trying 2C-E for the first time, but looking for a good trip.
 
^ yeah for someone's first acid trip with no tolerance you'd not hand them a five or ten strip...same approach should apply to 2c-e.

My first trip I did ~26mg and it was by far the strongest trip of my life, was +++ for over 14 hours and it was far more intense than I was expecting.

I'd go with 18mg oral as a good starting point...otherwise if you're going nasal at least it kicks in almost immediately so you could do like 4mg and wait 15 mins and adjust from there with little bumps. If you don't mind nasal a good way to approach is it to do miniscule bumps of like 1mg each and wait 5 mins between bumps and keep going til u hit the sweet spot...that also would prevent your nasal cavities from burning like you snorted chlorine.
