i know this post was a from a few days ago but I want to point out that i think its somewhat of a myth that cannabis is an antiemetic at any dose. i myself and quite a few friends of mine have vomited off of very high doses of potent weed - its not so much stomach upset as a serious case of directional disorientation/spinning produced by the effects of lots of THC that get me, i think. in this way its very easy for pot to lose its antiemetic value because the overwhelming nature of the motion sickness it can cause can lead to some terrible vomiting fests. and vomiting from THC ODs is a MUCH more painstaking and drawn out process than vomiting from the come up of a psychedelic like 2c-e or mushies - similar to puking from an alcohol OD. no fun at all... you have to be careful not to overdo it.
Don't worry about it, I've kept an eye on this thread since day one and still am.
Far as the anti-emetic is concerned, I obviously haven't received this benefit. That conclusion was purely from what everyone else tells me. Even while being high I experienced nausea to some degree, mostly due to the intense dizziness and out of focus vision. Puking on alcohol was much worse, I have to admit, but I still shouldn't be getting dizziness to the point where it feels like I domed 12 shots in 30 seconds. The lightheadedness, dizziness, and depersonalization are what get to me. The paranoia is a manifestation of the above effects.
On another note, it's really great to see that I'm not alone here and that this does not mean that all psychedelics are out of the question. I've read every single post thus far, and would like to thank everybody. The more I read, the more interested I become in this THC induced paranoia, which sometimes even leads into a full blown panic attack. A THC "OD" can really take a toll on your mental state.
