Oral steroids only!!!

r u sure about the liver with orals i wanted to just front load dball for 3 weeks with test e but i would love to run it 6 weeks while running my test e 12 weeks

ive run dbol during all but one cycle. the dose was anywhere from 20-40mg/ed with non ill effects. just be definitely sure you have an ai/blocker. as far as orals go i dont trust dbol AT ALL when it comes to gyno. bf% is important for that reason as well.
whats youre mg/day?
ive even run adrol 25mg + winny 40mg + 20mg dbol oral cycle only. i ran that for about 4 weeks before taking time off. the concern comes when you have a heavy diet consisting of things that put extra stress on the filtering organs like kidneys and liver. and lack of cardio to get that shit pumping out and your blood circulating. thats when shit starts catching up with you.
*diet is key
*i know most dont like it and also feel it contraindicates putting on mass, but cardio IS essential. not just for detox, but for circulation to get all the goodies moving.

i also take organic supps like vit C 1000mg w/ biofalavanoids(which potantiate vitamin c's actions) sulfur compounds-joint formula, b complex, multi-v, zinc, ginkgo, mixed vit e tocopherols, beta carotene etc.
the human body has been around for a long time. its well equiped to handle stress. too much stress on the body without properly reinforcing it is when shit starts to get to you. of course if youre taking dbol 100mg/ed for several weeks you could experience some ill effects. same with any drug.

and ive never seen much difference in frontloading. except for the quick fucking water weight gained from the dbol. other than that results appear similar

My diet isn't traditional bodybuilding diet.

I am mostly Paleo if u heard of that. I don't do that eating 7 times a day shit either.
I get alot of calories from shakes.

My favorite shake is 4 scoops Whey protein choco with 15 raw eggs and one can of coconut milk. I think I get a shit load of vitamins from that
I got amazing strength because of that.
I don't believe in cardio in the traditional sense. All my excersizes are super sets and drop sets almost non stop of heavy weights. It feels like I am sprinting and lifting weights at the same time when I do that...

I am running dbol 25-30 mg a day. How long can i run that? I am rocking about 14 percent bodyfat right now because I been eating huge meals and bulking. Its my 6 week of bulking but only 2 in a half weeks running on roids

yeah ive never been into that eating all day regime either. maybe in the beginning, but no longer.
shakes are good for right after, immediately after exercise, but you need whole solid food though the rest of the time to keep a steady rate of protein synthesis in reserve
not bickering with you brotha, but cardio is cardio and weights are weights.
14% might get you some unwanted sides with dbol.
im also not for eating more than required as you will either just shit/piss it out or store it as fat. ill try to find a link for metabolic equivalency rate pertaining to activities. like how many calories you burn lifting 50% BW and the duration etc. thats your best bet for determining calorie intake. people tend to eat a lot of whatever, not neccessarily junk, but just a lot of food on cycle when #1 amino acids from consumed protein stay active in the body for like 24 hours maybe 36. and #2 determining how many calories youre burning and adding a little in for the needed increased protein sythesis is the best way to go.

You can look at anadrol, superdrol (a pro-hormone that was banned but available if you know where to look and supposedly gives good results), anavar.

Google oral steroids. Stay the hell away from that winny, you will live to regret it.

15 Raw eggs a day plus 4 scoops of whey protein have plenty of aminos for me :P:D

15 eggs e/d?! damn, youre just like my 89 year old grampa.
2 reasons raw eggs are not the way to go, though ur gonna do wat ur gonna do:

1)decreased biloavailabilty/utilization. cooked meat has a higher bioavailabilty.
2)the albumin(sticky shit in eggs) can deplete other nutrients that become albumin bound, preventing absorption.

theyre finding now that its not only within the hour after exercise that nutrient uptake is the greatest, but that the more immediately consumed the better. thats why shakes are good afterward- quick absorption.
in order to keep a steady supply of aminos infusing your body, they have to be bound in a solid form to prevent/delay excretion. that is why throughout the rest of the day solid food is important.
godamn, 15 eggs...

My Protein shake taste like a chocolate milk shake. Can u show me some recent studies to back this up bro? I mean the raw egg part. I bet your 89 year old has tons of sex jokes because all that cholesterol boosts up test.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biotin_deficiency
Causes of biotin deficiency include the following:

1.Eating raw egg whites: Some mistakenly believe that raw egg-white consumption is the only cause of biotin deficiency. Nonetheless, a diet that contains raw egg whites quickly and almost invariably leads to biotin deficiency.

^^^although my original source of info was in one of my medical books.

youre right on target with the coconut milk. zero-carb isopure chocolate whey + coconut milk = the best fucking shake ive ever tasted :D

it's pointless to consumer more than 30 grams of protein in a meal...the body can only digest so much

There's been controversy over the exact amount. I could never find a baseline for any studies in comparison. It seems in terms of finding an average within a broad range, that 30 seems quite reasonable. I take 1 scoop post workout=25g=container lasts me forever.
When it comes to solids however, there are specific things that will keep a protein reserve in your body. Milk casein for example.
Depending on calories burned, will determine protein requirement. i agree, the rest is a waste of toilet paper and money.

Good reply...I do the same post workout..1 scoop of Gaspari myofusion =25grams of protein...

There have been numerous studies documenting that casein protein is far superior in comparison to standard whey protein..a whey isolate will only increase protein synthesis for like 1-2 hours while casein provides a much longer increase for a prolonged period of time

the purified whey makes it easy and quick to absorb. BEST post workout- the second you finish your last rep. your body will be huuungry for that shit and the easier and simpler it is, the more greatful the results will be.

try getting the total gym pullup bracket.
put weights in a backpack and wear that.
alternate sets of pullups, chinups, and lateral-ups.
pullup as fast as you can, and when you lower back down go sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

also grip with both hands but make a very loose grip with one so that youre using mostly only one hand to pull yourself up

and if you want bigger arms work on those tri's

and gear, lots and lots of it ;)

Biceps are tricky, you really have to shock the fuck out of them...the fast-twitch muscles and smaller muscle groups are like that...lately I've been incorporating resistance bands and focusing on the negative portions of my reps...my biceps have responded greatly...

I've never understood why people would eat eggs raw. Denaturing the protein via cooking makes it absorb at a higher %....

Only 30g per meal? That requires too much micromanaging. I usually put 4 (x18-22g) scoops of protein powder in my post workout shake with gatorade - 60g carbs (usually sipped throughout workout). I'm also biking a lot so I need that extra bit.
