Only 30g per meal? That requires too much micromanaging. I usually put 4 (x18-22g) scoops of protein powder in my post workout shake with gatorade - 60g carbs (usually sipped throughout workout). I'm also biking a lot so I need that extra bit.
you're excreting soo much of that dude...save your money...no reason to be consuming more than 1 and 1/2 scoops of protein at a time..
