Still have a couple from the first pressing in my 'collection', I wasn't overly impressed to be honest. Don't get me wrong, it was active but also disappointing. I think I probably screwed myself on that score by reading Shambles TRs from his original samples and expecting too much.
I'll eat them/plug them whatever eventually, but I'm not in any rush.
 
Theres a lot of fear about Methamphetamine,but if you`ve got the will power and common sense,and are able to take it in moderation it is a very nice drug...That is if your into stims.
 
This stuff will almost certainly be racemic, correct? I can't imagine anyone synthing thiophen ephedrine just to reduce.

Well judging by a quick wikipedia look at those two, if they manage to dodge UK laws then we could have another summer of love on our hands!

Plus one is called PRO-LAD =D

I agree. Methamphetamine is fairly safe in small doses, taken orally. Otherwise it wouldn't be prescribed for 6+ year old children. Don't believe me? Take a look at this, page 2, Indications & Dosage.

There is no ketone functional group in methiopropamine.
 
Wouldnt you basiclyin some way just sweat out evil smelling sulphur metabolites wich would make this drug totally socially inaccepted ?

Mephedrone made people sweat out horrible smells, but that didn't stop anyone.

If something feels awesome, people will do it regardless of how it makes them smell...
 
Neve done mephedrone nor smelled it but I would suspect with this thiophen comopund you would smell of garlic^10
 
MPA: levo vs dextro

now i know that it will most likely be made available in a racemic mixture but do you guys think that as in the parent molecule methamphetamine all of it's "desireable" effects will be elicited by it's dextrorotaty enantiomer?

With methamphetamine the levorotory isomer's only effects are "hypertension (elevated blood pressure), tachycardia (rapid heart rate), nausea, stomach cramps, dizziness, headache, and tremors," as stated on wikipedia. Would't the racemic mixture only lower the total amount of the dextrorotary isomer needed for an overdose? meaning it takes say 125 mg of dextroMPA for someone to overdose (this is NOT ACCURATE and used arbitrarily for this example) but if it's a 1:1 racemic mixture it would take less than 250 mg for that same person in that same situation to overdose?

could nyii's purge on 200mgs have been caused by this inept side of the molecule?
 
^ 1. You are forgetting, levo-methamphetamine is also a decongestant, not just a mess of unwanted side-effects. ;)

2. Not necessarily. Although the dextro isomer is the most active, there can be a synergistic effect between the two isomers in the racemic mixture. There is quite a few compounds in PiHKAL and TiHKAL where one isomer was obviously more active then the others of the same compound, yet it was not until the racemic was used that the full effects were felt.

There are some BL users, and people on other forums, who claim to find racemic methamphetamine qualitatively different and even 'better' then straight dextro-methamphetamine.
 
I read somewhere that because it's a 2-thienyl thingy that it won't have much recreational value just major vasoconstriction properties. Is this bullshit?
Also the first batch to arrive will supposedly be racemic whatever that means.
