Can opiates help benzo withdrawal

Cuz their lying and or probably were taking the Klonopin days before they took the test. I too went to a Methadone clinic and it ALWAYS showed up, just as it ALWAYS does when I drug test for my Suboxone doctor. I had to get drug tested for probation, it ALWAYS showed up.
 
are we allowed to be talking about this derailed subject?

This is in line with the medically supervised tapering plans I've come across. Dosage is reduced by 2.5% per week for the first 2/3 of tapering and even more slowly for the 1/3. The reasons for diazepam being used are it's active metabolites, its accumulation levels (the "background" level of the drug which is always present when dosing daily), and the extremely long half life of the drug and its metabolites combined.
 
ok so why does k pin have "inactive metabolites" and does that have anything to do with it showing up negative when xanax and valium show up positive ?

Klonopin doesn't have active metabolites, many benzodiazepines don't have metabolities. Lorazepam, Temazepam, Oxazepam, Nitrazepam all have no active metabolities. AND MANY, MANY, MANY OTHERS. I believe none of the 3-hydroxy and 7-nitro benzodiazepines have active metabolites but...Having active metabolites HAS NOTHING TO DO IF A DRUG SHOWS UP ON A URINE TEST OR NOT!
 
^ Someone or some people are bullshitting you. I've never heard of a clinic where they allow "this" benzo but not "that" benzo. It doesn't make much sense. If you're a troll, you win the internets.

Or they're misremembering. Or they're occasional benzo users who have no accumulation and a fast metabolism so their levels became undetectable faster than a daily users would.

It would honestly take a lot less energy for you to find a treatment option which allows for your benzo use than you're expending on worrying about whether or not you'll piss dirty and what might happen if you do.
 
I've read from many sources (Erowid, wiki) that benzodiazepines can show up for 1-42 days. Frequent users that take long-acting benzodiazepines show up generally for 4-6 weeks. Considering they can show up for as little as 1 day, the people getting tested could just be getting lucky.

Is this allowed? Please edit this if it isn't.

The information I've come across in relation to tapering is similar. The accumulation ceiling (the "background" level of the drug which is always present while you're taking it daily) of the longer acting benzos is significantly higher than that of those with shorter half lives, so someone on high daily doses of a longer acting drug will take longer to clear it to below the benchmark level even without taking into account personal factors like size, metabolism, etc.

Metabolites have nothing to do with rather it will show up on a urine test! Yes, Klonopin has no active metabolites...like many other drugs tested on drug screens, it doesn't matter. Remember that benzos show up in urine for 1-42 days. Some people just got lucky, its that simple.

I don't need to argue I already know it shows up...from experience...the most important proof

An active metabolite is an active form that a drug is in once it has been processed by the body. When a metabolite of a drug produces a therapeutic effect it is considered an active metabolite. Carisoprodol for example, becomes meprobamate. So if meprobamate was on a urine screen than Carisoprodol would show up as meprobamate. Many benzodiazepines have active metabolites like Diazepam but regardless if they have one or not, the parent drug would still show up. Clonazepam has no active metabolite but Clonazepam itself is still a benzodiazepine.
 
well thats a lot of ppl on K pins that have passed on clinics..............i dont know how...............
