Allot of it has to do with with health problems like my chronic pain and such, also allot has to do with the overal situation of were I'm at in right now, one of many things; feeling that I'm not gonna make it to grad school. I keep trying in mainy ways to fix shit but it doesn't work which makes me feel worse. I do feel a good psychedelic will help although I run the risk of a bad trip right now; from past my experiences it's the bad trips the end up teaching you the most.

i cant say as though i have ever had a "bad trip", i think a better word would be difficult (though some have been very 'difficult' :)). but most times, like you, the difficult trips are very rewarding, and often more eye opening in teaching me things than the most beautiful 'soul-merging' kinda trip. what do you have access too at the moment?

Right now I don't have access to anything at the moment. These days the only psych I'm able to easly find is mushrooms but from last I heard my mushroom dealer's conection moved away. I could always go through some vendors that I know of but am kinda paranoid and the last thing I need is a knock at my door from some people in uniforms

Pssh, DXM is one of the most beautiful psychotropic substance that I've ever ingested.

DXM+K one of the most beautiful experiences I've lived through. For ever will they rest upon the halls of the greats, (Mushrooms [though we have a very love/hate relationship], DMT, and LSD)

Yes dxm and k are definitely one of my favorite substances ever, just like mdma and lsd.

And honestly I prolly enjoy lsdxm as much as I do candyflipping. And k and lsd is just the shit always.

I didn't find jwh-018 that effective when taken orally. I've eaten around 30mg and didn't feel much from it. Seemed like a waste to me so I never tried it again. 100mg is a lot though. Let us know how it goes Delsyd.

Whenever I have -018 around I get real fast and loose with the dosing. I sandwich a nice thick layer between layers of herb in a one hitter, or I om nom nom an unmeasured amount. Probably haven't hit 100mg in a single dose, though - let us know how it goes, Del!

My JWH shipment is late (I friggin' hate the local post office, they claimed they delivered it friday but didn't, now I'm waiting to hear back on where the hell it is), but I just acquired some Agent Orange and Chemdawg from my grower friend, so my CB1-related needs are well met today :)

Having my first sesh of the day now, in fact. This Agent Orange tastes so... orangey :D

I don't think one bottle of gels is enough to have a good time on DXM, LMA. It's a decent substance, I'm getting kind of annoyed with it though, last time I took it I ended up vomiting on the come up and didn't get past the second plateau, which was very lame.

And I'm pleased to announce, for the first time in many many many months I have a car that is both insured and in working condition simultaneously. Freeeeeedom (to apply for work more seriously :|), hopefully I'll find work sooner rather than later so I can get back to using shit they test for. I mean yeah I have some decent stuff now I can use, but I'd like to explore benzos more thoroughly in the near future, and I might actually be getting that 4-meo-pcp I ordered a couple months back soon (the vendor is supposedly reliable, but after all this time I'm kinda skeptical I'll ever see the stuff).

^I love Jazz is Dead. Jimmy Herring rips so hard on those tracks. Apparantly he hadn't even really listened to the Dead when he was invited to play on that project. He learned all the songs for the album.

I saw the later lineup without Jimmy Herring and Billy Cobham play around here. Was a pretty good show.

yeah

although after seeing a thread today i kinda empathized for a second with those sketchy intros like that.

Some music that caused my world to melt into a geometric swirling mess while I sunk deep into a state of contemplation, regret and unhappy realisation.

Not depressing music or anything, I think it was just sitting in the darkness in silence. It followed a very enjoyable music and 'chilling' session, and although far from enjoyable at the time, it was a relief to be able to clear some underlying issues in my head.

LMA, if you still feel impaired, you are likely a slow metabolizer. Roughly 1 in 6 Americans have low activity of CYP2D6, the enzyme required to break down dextromethorphan into dextrorphan (DXO), the metabolite responsible for the bulk of the dissociative effects. People that can't break down the drug often report severe, extended hangovers.

CYP2D6: "In one study on 252 Americans, 84.3% were found to be "fast" (extensive) metabolizers, 6.8% to be "intermediate" metabolizers, and 8.8% were "slow" metabolizers of DXM."

Since DXM needs to be metabolized to the 8x more potent NMDA antagonist, DXO, for the normal effects to be observed, a poor metabolizer will experience the unpleasant effects of extended exposure to high levels of DXM, and will have less of the pleasurable dissociative effects of DXO. Instead, poor metabolizers will have low level dissociation present for up to 3x as long as well as a prolonged hangover.
