Ya, I have to admit I'm really not too intersted in tripping these days. Stimulants play a factor in that as well. Psychedelics not always had stimulation and euphoria; whereas a stimulant is a sure thing that a good set/setting isn't needed for. Stimulants still have that energetic mood lift but you retain your mental functions and are able to interact with the world and have fun doing things socially, get work done. Stimulants just don't produce states of ecstasy
Well the thing is that for me at this point my absolute favorite drug for social interaction is DOC, which also improves mental functioning in a similar way as d-amp except with a very relaxed and grounded yet euphoric and inspired energy which never leaves me feeling drained.
Well, everyone's got their drug of choice. I guess I'm just glad mine is psychedelics.

I tried to replace amp with piracetam one day. I 'm pretty sure piracetam is a placebo (when used on it's own) beside for the wonderful psychedelic interactions.
You know, piracetam is very subtle, but you need to really get yourself to baseline and take it when you're going to be doing some mental work. I experience very clearly and reliably a significant increase in the ability to mentally multitask and hold all of that information, and thinking through things feels really easy and fluid. It's not something where you really feel a change in the way you're experiencing things or where you get any type of buzz at all. It's more like when you go to use your mind and test your capabilities, you find you're able to do more, more easily. It can also bust me out of a day where I feel sort of mentally drained and where I'm not thinking of much or feeling inspired or anything. A blah day basically. If I take it, being experienced with its effects (it took me a good few tries to start to learn to notice and work with the effects), I can give my mind a little lubrication and get some concepts flowing.
