man, the people who are sayin fuck her she should go to jail aint sayin it cuz "they think shes dumb" or wtfever. Everyb ody arguing "she shouldnt go to jail for this , its just drunk driving", etc...do yall realize HOW MANY TIMES she got a second, third, fourth, and fifth chance to not go to jail, and fucked it up? NO addict like any one of us here, would ever get the kind of million-second-chances treatment that she is getting in court.
It aint "just" drunk driving. its that she caught a DWI, got caught driving without a license while it was suspended for that DWI like 2-3 times, got caught with coke, got caught for DWI AGAIN, went to jail, got back on probation, fucked up THAT probation, didnt do anything that she was required to do as conditions of the probation like going to meetings, taking alcohol classes, etc, went to jail , went to rehab, got out of rehab, and then got 2 dirty piss tests AGAIN.
that aint "oh leave the poor girl alone she just got a dwi jeez poor girl she needs help." its that she blatantly, obviously FLAUNTED her breaking of the law, in public did all kind of shit that showed she could not possibly give less of a shit, didnt take any of it serious in the slightest, and continued fucking up over and over and over and over, and gets a slap on the wrist each and every fuckin time.
Any one of us would be doin a 4-5 year sentence downstate by now if we had did the same shit.
I dont feel like the drug laws are right. obviously they are fucked up and unjust. but guess wat? thats the law, they aint gonna change no time soon, so all the people saying "the drug laws are unjust, why should she have to have such harsh sentencing?" Ill tell you why, cuz the fuckin rest of us all have to have such harsh sentencing and its a slap in the face to every person who got sent to jail on their second arrest for having just enough dope to get by for the day, or who been thru the system and had to deal with extreme consequences, super harsh sentencing, and unfair punishments.
People are mad becuz for the love of god she aint even fuckin TRYING to keep her shit together. she clearly just thinks its a big fuckin game, and aint made no effort wat so ever to do any of the things that she is suppose to do. She got off soooo lightly, so many times now, and she keeps squandering the opportunity. Any one of us would be on our knees in tears thanking god for the blessed opportunity to not get locked up and for the second chance to not mess it up this time, and would do our damn best to make sure we stuck to the program and didnt fuck it up and make the most of the chance we had to make it better. this bitch is so godamn ungrateful that she just seems to think that there is no actual sentence, that the entire system is just 'scond chances'...that she will continue fucking up , forever, and each and every time they will just be like "ok, seriously, next time you are in trouble missy!" and then never follow thru. Oh, she did 13 days in jail boo hoo, that dont even count as anything considering it took like 6 times of her violating the conditions of her sentence for them to send her there. her alcohol monitoring bracelet went off like 3 times, she totally skipped all her alcohol education classes, for fucks sake--the probation she is ON right now, is a result of a DWI that she got WHILE ON HER LAST PROBATION for a DIFFERENT dwi.
It aint like she had a shortage of chances here. This aint ONE mistake. this aint a poor lost soul who messed up and is beggin for forgiveness. it aint "just" dwi. Its all these things , that she did, over and over. She been gettin arrested and bein on probation since like 5 years ago,and she just keeps doin it, and they keep lettin her off over and over. I DO want to see her locked up, i DO want to see her in jail, becuz i want to see, for once in my fucking life, a celebrity who has to deal with the same treatment that a regular person would in that situation.
the drug laws aint fair, we all know that. But it aint fair to apply them to some peopel and not to others, neither.
I cant understand how people are happy about this like, "yay, the drug laws are so unfair so its nice to see somebody get off easy for once!" It dont apply to you! it aint gonna help YOU, so it aint a victory against the drug war or some shit, when somebody like this gets off easy after their 200th arrest. its just a disrespect to all the people who really DO try, and still end up locked the fuck up for years for simple drug possession.
Lets not forget this bitch fucking drove while she was super fucked up and IIRC crashed into some cars. Its one thing to say, yo , she only got arrested for drug possession that aint that bad. But i dont knwo abotu yall--DWI is actually a pretty shitty thing to do, if you ask me. I dont put it in the same categofy as possession AT ALL. Sure the sentences may be harsh but alcohol DWI, when the persons BAC is as high as hers was, is actually a crime that DOES deserve some kind of punishment to it, and i dont feel like its unfair at all to suspend somebodys license for doing it,(as long as they were actually beyond a shadow of a doubt intoxicated and fucked up enough to be crashing into cars and causing damage. I dont think that a person who is high/drunk who is driving safely should be punished , but thats another story. Im just sayin--she was definately, definately super drunk and fucked up, and deserved the DWI and the punishment. )
I dont think that a person who gets arrested for DWI is a victim and is unfairly punished, like a person who gets arrestedd for drug possession is. so i dont know why all the people who are against the drug war, are commenting on this like it aint fair to punish her, etc. She didnt get in trouble for possession, she aint on probation for possession. She is on probation for driving while she was fucked up, and then she drove while her license was suspended, and failed to go to her AA meetings, and failed to do her IDRC classes and offerend NO reason wat so ever for not doing them, and then failed her drug tests too. This aint a person who is unfairly targeted, who is gettin unfairly punished for something that shouldnt even be illegal in the first place, she got a DWI, that is totally different of a situation and deserves alot less sympathy. I dont understand why people are treatin her like some kind of victim here, or like her extremely light 'punishment' is some kind of victory for the anti-drug-war side. it aint positive in no kind of way, it aint like they are gonna start goin easier on normal people becuz they do for her. Why do yall act like this is a good thing? I just cant understand it at all.
